{"id":9341,"date":"2025-07-25T20:52:03","date_gmt":"2025-07-26T02:52:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/home\/?p=9341"},"modified":"2025-07-25T20:52:04","modified_gmt":"2025-07-26T02:52:04","slug":"vinculan-a-proceso-por-extorsion-a-presunto-lider-del-grupo-delictivo-los-souverbielle","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/home\/vinculan-a-proceso-por-extorsion-a-presunto-lider-del-grupo-delictivo-los-souverbielle\/","title":{"rendered":"Vinculan a proceso por extorsi\u00f3n a presunto l\u00edder del grupo delictivo \u201cLos Souverbielle\u201d\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Los hechos se registraron el pasado 1 de junio, cuando en complicidad de dos individuos m\u00e1s habr\u00eda amenazado a una persona para que desalojara su vivienda o de lo contrario la privar\u00edan de la vida<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Juan Ignacio Corro&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\">Tlalnepantla, Estado de M\u00e9xico, 25 de julio de 2025<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de M\u00e9xico (FGJEM) obtuvo vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso contra Sergio \u201cN\u201d, presunto l\u00edder del grupo delictivo autodenominado \u201cLos Souverbielle\u201d, investigado por su probable intervenci\u00f3n en el delito de extorsi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Indagatorias de la Fiscal\u00eda Edom\u00e9x precisaron que el pasado 1 de junio, el ahora detenido y dos individuos m\u00e1s acudieron a un domicilio ubicado en la calle Cerrada de Bellavista, en el Barrio Chimalpa, municipio de Acolman y se presentaron ante el due\u00f1o del inmueble, a quien habr\u00edan amenazado y le indicaron \u201cMira c\u2026, al c\u2026 queremos tu casa, ya te hemos estado vigilando y lo que queremos es tu casa\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La v\u00edctima refiri\u00f3 que su domicilio no estaba en venta, no obstante, Sergio \u201cN\u201d, presumiblemente le se\u00f1al\u00f3 \u201cno entiendes p\u2026, queremos tu casa y no precisamente que nos la vendas, queremos que t\u00fa y tu familia se salgan a ch\u2026 as\u00ed que vele pensando por las buenas o por las malas, si no te sales, te vamos a matar a ti y a tu familia\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con la indagatoria, los probables implicados le habr\u00edan indicado a esta persona que ten\u00eda una semana para salir del inmueble o de lo contrario acudir\u00edan con m\u00e1s gente para sacarlos por la fuerza del lugar e incluso lo matar\u00edan. Posteriormente los tres individuos se retiraron del lugar a bordo de un veh\u00edculo marca Honda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos hechos fueron denunciados ante el Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico, quien integr\u00f3 un expediente de investigaci\u00f3n por los hechos y con el avance en la indagatoria fue solicitada a la Autoridad Judicial librar orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en su contra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hace unos d\u00edas fue detenido este individuo, por lo que fue ingresado a un Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserci\u00f3n Social, a disposici\u00f3n de un Juez, quien luego de revisar los datos de prueba aportados por el Representante Social, determin\u00f3 vincularlo a proceso, con plazo de dos meses para el cierre de investigaci\u00f3n complementaria y medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada, no obstante, debe ser considerado inocente hasta que sea dictada una sentencia condenatoria en su contra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe mencionar que como parte de las acciones que se llevan a cabo en el marco de la Operaci\u00f3n \u201cRestituci\u00f3n\u201d y la \u201cEstrategia para la Restituci\u00f3n de la Propiedad\u201d, la Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de M\u00e9xico (FGJEM) ha obtenido vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso contra otros integrantes de este mismo grupo delictivo investigados por su probable intervenci\u00f3n en los delitos de despojo y robo a interior a casa habitaci\u00f3n, il\u00edcitos registrados en el municipio de Texcoco.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Juan Ignacio Corro&nbsp; Tlalnepantla, Estado de M\u00e9xico, 25 de julio de 2025 La Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de M\u00e9xico (FGJEM) obtuvo vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso contra Sergio \u201cN\u201d, presunto l\u00edder del grupo delictivo autodenominado \u201cLos Souverbielle\u201d, investigado por su probable intervenci\u00f3n en el delito de extorsi\u00f3n.
