coacci\u00f3n que ejercen grupos criminales o individuos a trav\u00e9s de unidades econ\u00f3micas al fijar cuotas o precios abusivos y obligarlos a comprar, vender o adquirir bienes, insumos o servicios, en lugares preestablecidos bajo un esquema extorsivo.\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Juan Ignacio Corro&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\">Naucalpan, Estado de M\u00e9xico, a 22 de julio de 2025<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Autoridad Judicial estableci\u00f3 prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada para Yareli Dominguez, de extracci\u00f3n morenista y quien se desempe\u00f1aba como Regidora en el municipio de Ixtapan de la Sal, detenida dentro del despliegue conjunto de fuerzas de seguridad estatales y federales en el marco de la \u201cOperaci\u00f3n Liberaci\u00f3n\u201d y es investigada por su probable intervenci\u00f3n en el delito de secuestro expr\u00e9s con fines de extorsi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yareli \u201cN\u201d, quien fung\u00eda como tercera regidora del Ayuntamiento de Ixtapan de la Sal, fue detenida el pasado lunes 21 de julio, en cumplimiento de una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n por su probable intervenci\u00f3n en el delito de secuestro expr\u00e9s con fines de extorsi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo a la investigaci\u00f3n iniciada por el Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico, Yareli \u201cN\u201d, es investigada por hechos registrados el pasado mes de abril de 2025, cuando habr\u00eda participado en la privaci\u00f3n de la libertad de un comerciante del municipio de Ixtapan de la Sal.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La v\u00edctima, habr\u00eda sido trasladada a una habitaci\u00f3n de un hotel de dicho municipio, lugar donde la hoy investigada, ingres\u00f3 para exigirle una suma econ\u00f3mica a cambio de permitirle seguir con sus actividades comerciales, ya que, en caso de negarse, \u201cle har\u00eda da\u00f1o a \u00e9l o a su familia\u201d, ya que ella pertenec\u00eda a una organizaci\u00f3n criminal con or\u00edgenes en el Estado de Michoac\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez detenida Yareli \u201cN\u201d fue traslada a un Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserci\u00f3n Social, a disposici\u00f3n del \u00d3rgano Jurisdiccional, no obstante, debe ser considerada inocente hasta que sea dictada una sentencia condenatoria en su contra.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Juan
