Van 18 l\u00edderes o integrantes relevantes de las estructuras delictivas relacionadas con despojos, contra la propiedad, extorsiones y secuestros de las organizaciones autodenominadas \u201cUSON\u201d, \u201cGOPEZ\u201d, \u201cUni\u00f3n 300\u201d y\/o \u201cLos 300\u201d, \u201cSindicato 22 de octubre\u201d, \u201cLos Gastones\u201d y \u201cAMOS\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

Ulises \u201cN\u201d y Juan Alberto N\u201d, al parecer integrantes de la organizaci\u00f3n autodenominada \u201cUni\u00f3n de Sindicatos y Organizaciones Nacionales (USON)\u201d, fueron vinculados a proceso, luego de que la Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de M\u00e9xico (FGJEM), acredit\u00f3 su probable intervenci\u00f3n en el delito de despojo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Los hechos por los cuales son indagados se registraron el 18 de noviembre del a\u00f1o 2024, cuando en complicidad con otros individuos arribaron a un domicilio ubicado en la calle Benito Ju\u00e1rez de la colonia Izcalli Santa Clara, en el municipio de Ecatepec. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Posteriormente ingresaron a la vivienda y tras unos minutos los ahora detenidos se retiraron del sitio, no obstante, al interior se quedaron dos de sus c\u00f3mplices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Horas m\u00e1s tarde los dos probables implicados de nuevo se presentaron en ese domicilio y al ser cuestionados por vecinos sobre su presencia en esa casa, Ulises \u201cN\u201d refiri\u00f3 \u201cyo soy el propietario del inmueble\u201d, en tanto que Juan Alberto N\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 haber sido contratado para remodelar la propiedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Indagatorias de la Fiscal\u00eda Edom\u00e9x precisaron que a partir de ese momento los probables implicados habr\u00edan ocupado el inmueble e indicaron a los vecinos \u201cque dejaran de molestar a sus inquilinos\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Los dos sujetos fueron detenidos el pasado mes de mayo en el marco de la Operaci\u00f3n \u201cRestituci\u00f3n\u201d, por lo que fueron ingresados al Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserci\u00f3n Social de Tenango del Valle, <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Como parte de Operaci\u00f3n \u201cRestituci\u00f3n\u201d, la Fiscal\u00eda Edom\u00e9x ha detenido y vinculado a proceso a 18 objetivos prioritarios, identificados como principales l\u00edderes o integrantes relevantes de las estructuras delictivas relacionadas con despojos, contra la propiedad, extorsiones y secuestros de las organizaciones autodenominadas \u201cUSON\u201d, \u201cGOPEZ\u201d, \u201cUni\u00f3n 300\u201d y\/o \u201cLos 300\u201d, \u201cSindicato 22 de octubre\u201d, \u201cLos Gastones\u201d y \u201cAMOS\u201d.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
