class=\"has-text-align-right\">Toluca, Estado de M\u00e9xico, a 2 de junio de 2025<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selenne Hern\u00e1ndez, quien se desempe\u00f1aba como Presidenta Municipal de Capulhuac, fue vinculada a proceso por su probable intervenci\u00f3n en abuso de autoridad ya que habr\u00eda violentado de obra a una persona, ocasion\u00e1ndole lesiones.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego de revisar los datos de prueba aportados por el Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de M\u00e9xico (FGJEM), la Autoridad Judicial con sede en Almoloya de Ju\u00e1rez estableci\u00f3 plazo de dos meses para el cierre de investigaci\u00f3n complementaria y ratific\u00f3 la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada dictada en audiencia anterior.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El pasado 2 de mayo la v\u00edctima de iniciales M.R.G., servidora p\u00fablica de la Unidad de Apoyo Psicol\u00f3gico de una estancia infantil del sistema municipal del DIF de Capulhuac, denunci\u00f3 haber sido agredida f\u00edsicamente por la ahora detenida.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con la denuncia, ese d\u00eda, la v\u00edctima se encontraba en una reuni\u00f3n con personal del sistema DIF municipal, momento en el que la investigada, junto con dos femeninas, la habr\u00edan golpeado y sacado del lugar.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selenne \u201cN\u201d fue detenida el pasado 24 de junio, por hechos delictivos flagrantes de cohecho y resistencia. por lo que fue presentada ante el Ministerio P\u00fablico.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El mi\u00e9rcoles 25 de junio, Polic\u00edas de Investigaci\u00f3n (PDI), le cumplimentaron orden de aprehensi\u00f3n, por lo que fue trasladada al Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserci\u00f3n Social de Santiaguito en Almoloya de Ju\u00e1rez, a disposici\u00f3n del \u00d3rgano Jurisdiccional, quien determin\u00f3 vincularla a proceso.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Juan Ignacio Corro&nbsp;
