a emitir su opini\u00f3n el menor n\u00famero de veces posible y fuera del horario escolar<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Con la reforma, promovida por la bancada del PAN, se procura evitar acciones u omisiones que generen recuerdos que afecten la salud mental o revictimizaci\u00f3n de menores<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Por Juan Ignacio Corro&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\">Toluca, Estado de M\u00e9xico, a 28 de junio de 2025&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con base en el inter\u00e9s superior de la ni\u00f1ez, el Pleno de la LXII Legislatura mexiquense aprob\u00f3 la incorporaci\u00f3n a la legislaci\u00f3n estatal de los principios de m\u00ednima intervenci\u00f3n y no revictimizaci\u00f3n de menores para el desarrollo de los juicios en que sean parte, con lo que se pretende minimizar cualquier impacto negativo derivado de su participaci\u00f3n en procedimientos legales, protegiendo su dignidad y estabilidad emocional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mediante la reforma, propuesta por la diputada Krishna Karina Romero Vel\u00e1zquez y el legislador Pablo Fern\u00e1ndez de Cevallos Gonz\u00e1lez, integrante y coordinador del Grupo Parlamentario del PAN, respectivamente, se incluyen estos principios en la Ley de los Derechos de Ni\u00f1as, Ni\u00f1os y Adolescentes estatal, para ayudar a garantizar que, en cada etapa de los procesos judiciales, el bienestar emocional y el desarrollo integral de estos sectores sea una prioridad fundamental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De esta manera, se reforz\u00f3 el inter\u00e9s superior de la ni\u00f1ez, mediante la limitaci\u00f3n, al m\u00ednimo indispensable, de la participaci\u00f3n de menores en estos procesos, garantizando que no se les exponga innecesariamente, ni se les obligue a revivir hechos traum\u00e1ticos, por lo que se adoptar\u00e1n medidas concretas que eviten nuevas afectaciones emocionales, adecuando estos procesos a su edad, madurez y contexto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con el dictamen, le\u00eddo por la diputada Emma Laura \u00c1lvarez Villavicencio (PAN), con la m\u00ednima intervenci\u00f3n se entiende que, en procedimientos judiciales en los que participen como v\u00edctimas o testigos, las ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes sean llamados a juicio para ejercer su derecho a emitir su opini\u00f3n el menor n\u00famero de veces posible y fuera del horario escolar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tanto, la no revictimizaci\u00f3n implica que las personas juzgadoras tomen las medidas necesarias para evitar acciones u omisiones que generen recuerdos que afecten la salud mental o victimizaci\u00f3n secundaria de estos grupos poblacionales, las cuales se deben guiar por el criterio de m\u00e1s beneficio y atender sus necesidades, el contexto y la propia naturaleza del acto criminal sufrido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El documento resalta que, adem\u00e1s de fortalecer el marco jur\u00eddico estatal con base en los est\u00e1ndares internacionales, se
