El hallazgo ocurri\u00f3 en la comunidad de Santa Cruz Cuauhtenco, en el cruce de las calles 5 de Mayo y Venustiano Carranza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vecinos de la zona alertaron a elementos de Seguridad P\u00fablica municipal sobre la presencia de una camioneta blanca tipo pick-up, marca Volkswagen, modelo Robust, con placas NE-9087-C del estado de Michoac\u00e1n, estacionada en la v\u00eda p\u00fablica. Informaron que en su interior se encontraba un hombre, de aproximadamente 60 a\u00f1os, con una mancha de sangre visible en la cabeza y un arma de fuego entre las piernas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este asesinato se da en el marco de las elecciones judiciales celebradas el pasado 1 de junio, en el Estado de M\u00e9xico se eligieron 91 cargos a cargos de magistraturas, juezas y jueces de la entidad.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Everardo Maya Arias se desempe\u00f1aba como Juez Tercero de Distrito en Materia de Amparo en el Estado de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con informaci\u00f3n diversa, el juzgador se vio envuelto en casos pol\u00e9micos, ya que fue quien concedi\u00f3 un amparo en contra de la prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada al exalcalde de Iguala, Jos\u00e9 Luis Abarca, relacionado con la desaparici\u00f3n de los 43 estudiantes normalistas de Ayotzinapa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hace unas semanas Jos\u00e9 Luis Abarca fue absuelto por un Tribunal Colegiado con motivo del delito de secuestro de los&nbsp;43 normalistas desaparecidos&nbsp;de la Escuela Normal Rural Ra\u00fal Isidro Burgos de&nbsp;Ayotzinapa&nbsp;en septiembre de 2014.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este juez tambi\u00e9n concedi\u00f3 una suspensi\u00f3n definitiva a Ovidio Guzm\u00e1n L\u00f3pez, \u201cEl Rat\u00f3n\u201d, contra una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por Juan Ignacio Corro&nbsp; Toluca, Estado de M\u00e9xico, a 15 de junio de 2025 Everardo Maya Arias, juez del Estado de M\u00e9xico, fue localizado muerto esta ma\u00f1ana en el municipio de Zinacantepec.
