A partir del primer reporte sobre los \u201cpinchazos\u201d en el transporte p\u00fablico hasta este 27 de mayo, se contabilizan 65 casos denunciados ante la Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, \u201cen los que se pudo confirmar que hubo una posible punci\u00f3n por pinchazo\u201d, indic\u00f3 Bertha Lujan, Fiscal de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La fiscal precis\u00f3 que en otros 55 casos no se pudo identificar m\u00e9dicamente la existencia de una punci\u00f3n, adem\u00e1s de que se reportaron otro tipo de marcas o lesiones dudosas. A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que no hay un solo caso relacionado con la comisi\u00f3n de alg\u00fan delito grave, y s\u00f3lo en seis de estos hubo posibles robos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n\u201cHasta ahora no se reportan casos asociados a estos pinchazos de delitos graves, como privaci\u00f3n ilegal de la libertad, delitos sexuales u otra\u201d, complement\u00f3. Bertha Alcalde asegur\u00f3 que no se han realizado detenciones adicionales a las tres que fueron reportadas previamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\nEl Gobierno de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico se mantiene atento a las denuncias ciudadanas sobre pinchazos en el transporte p\u00fablico de la capital y es por ello que, desde los primeros reportes, emprendi\u00f3 una serie de acciones, iniciativas y operativos, a trav\u00e9s de la secretar\u00eda de Seguridad Ciudadana (SSC) para inhibir esta situaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\nAunado a ello, la Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico (FGJCDMX) se ha encargado de llevar a cabo las investigaciones correspondientes sobre estos casos.<\/p>\n\n\n\nEn cuanto a las sustancias usadas en algunos casos, dijo que por medio de ex\u00e1menes toxicol\u00f3gicos se han identificado diversas sustancias psicotr\u00f3picas, entre ellas THC, benzodiacepinas, fenciclidina o coca\u00edna. \u201cHasta ahora no se reportan casos asociados a estos pinchazos de delitos graves, como privaci\u00f3n ilegal de la libertad, delitos sexuales u otra\u201d, complement\u00f3. Bertha Alcalde asegur\u00f3 que no se han realizado detenciones adicionales a las tres que fueron reportadas previamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El Gobierno de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico se mantiene atento a las denuncias ciudadanas sobre pinchazos en el transporte p\u00fablico de la capital y es por ello que, desde los primeros reportes, emprendi\u00f3 una serie de acciones, iniciativas y operativos, a trav\u00e9s de la secretar\u00eda de Seguridad Ciudadana (SSC) para inhibir esta situaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Aunado a ello, la Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico (FGJCDMX) se ha encargado de llevar a cabo las investigaciones correspondientes sobre estos casos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En cuanto a las sustancias usadas en algunos casos, dijo que por medio de ex\u00e1menes toxicol\u00f3gicos se han identificado diversas sustancias psicotr\u00f3picas, entre ellas THC, benzodiacepinas, fenciclidina o coca\u00edna. Sin embargo, aclar\u00f3 que, por las cantidades encontradas en las pruebas, no representan riesgo grave a la salud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Despu\u00e9s de los primeros reportes, el gobierno capitalino despleg\u00f3 un operativo con 5 mil 800 polic\u00edas capitalinos que vigilan principalmente las instalaciones del Sistema de Transporte Colectivo Metro, as\u00ed como otros medios de transporte p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A su vez, se puso en marcha un protocolo para atender de inmediato a las personas que reporten un caso de probable pinchazo, que incluye servicio m\u00e9dico, pruebas toxicol\u00f3gicas, entre otros rubros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tambi\u00e9n, la Jefa de Gobierno Clara Brugada Molina envi\u00f3 una iniciativa al Congreso para tipificar el delito de pinchazos e imponer penas de hasta cinco de a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n y multas econ\u00f3micas si se comprueba el uso de sustancias psicoactivas, narc\u00f3ticas, psicotr\u00f3picas o que tengan efectos que alteren el estado de conciencia de la v\u00edctima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
