{"id":7201,"date":"2025-05-25T19:14:32","date_gmt":"2025-05-26T01:14:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/home\/?p=7201"},"modified":"2025-05-25T19:14:32","modified_gmt":"2025-05-26T01:14:32","slug":"fundamental-la-familia-en-la-toma-de-conciencia-y-establecimiento-de-los-valores-la-dignidad-y-el-respeto-a-los-derechos-humanos-codhem","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/home\/fundamental-la-familia-en-la-toma-de-conciencia-y-establecimiento-de-los-valores-la-dignidad-y-el-respeto-a-los-derechos-humanos-codhem\/","title":{"rendered":"Fundamental la familia en la toma de conciencia y establecimiento de los valores, la dignidad y el respeto a los derechos humanos: CODHEM"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>La familia es el grupo social fundamental en la toma de conciencia sobre los valores, la dignidad y el respeto a los derechos humanos de todas las personas en igualdad y sin discriminaci\u00f3n.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Por Juan Ignacio Corro&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\">Toluca, Estado de M\u00e9xico, a 25 de mayo de 2025<em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El mes dedicado a la fecha internacional de las familias es ocasi\u00f3n propicia para recordar su importancia en la toma de conciencia y establecimiento de los valores, la dignidad y el respeto a los derechos humanos de todas las personas, en igualdad y sin discriminaci\u00f3n, expres\u00f3 la instructora y capacitadora certificada de la Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos del Estado de M\u00e9xico (CODHEM), Yasm\u00edn Iglesias Garc\u00eda.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La familia, explic\u00f3, es el grupo social fundamental y est\u00e1 conformada por personas con lazos naturales, de parentesco o jur\u00eddicos; es, dijo, una instituci\u00f3n organizativa de car\u00e1cter funcional. En este contexto, es obligaci\u00f3n del Estado protegerla y regular jur\u00eddicamente sus relaciones personales y tambi\u00e9n patrimoniales.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEn materia de derechos humanos, la importancia de ejercer plenamente el derecho a tener una familia se conforma por la construcci\u00f3n de una red de apoyo para las personas y la funci\u00f3n que desempe\u00f1a la familia en el ejercicio de otros derechos como la salud o el trabajo; al brindarse apoyo de manera formal entre las personas que la conforman y en materia socio familiar, dicha red tambi\u00e9n implica la adquisici\u00f3n de valores, derechos y deberes para las y los integrantes de cada familia y en su relaci\u00f3n con otros grupos o familias\u201d, dijo Yasm\u00edn Iglesias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La instructora precis\u00f3 que como organizaciones din\u00e1micas que se van adaptando a los cambios geogr\u00e1ficos, sociales, demogr\u00e1ficos y culturales, las familias como conjunto de unidades dan forma a la sociedad y, adem\u00e1s, se van reconfigurando; en este sentido, hay que recordar que, sin importar el tipo, la familia es la base sobre la que se construyen las sociedades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asegur\u00f3 que tomando en cuenta la din\u00e1mica social generada con la actual evoluci\u00f3n existen diversos tipos de familias, por ejemplo, la familia homoparental, con personas del mismo sexo, con o sin hijos, o la reconstruida o compuesta, ambos tipos que van en aumento y, b\u00e1sicamente, la segunda, se forma en una nueva con la fusi\u00f3n de dos familias, es decir, tras una separaci\u00f3n o el divorcio de una pareja, posteriormente, deciden unirse con otra persona con hijos o hijas, y resulta en lo que popularmente se describe como \u201ctus hijos, los m\u00edos y los nuestros\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este contexto, Yasm\u00edn Iglesias Garc\u00eda explic\u00f3 que el Estado tiene la obligaci\u00f3n de promover y proteger los derechos de las personas y, en tal caso, el de las familias, lo que implica asegurar el bienestar de cada integrante: padre, madre, ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1es, ni\u00f1os, adolescentes y personas adultas mayores, estableciendo obligaciones de cuidado, de protecci\u00f3n integral y promoci\u00f3n en igualdad para asegurar que todas las personas de la familia, sin importar el g\u00e9nero, accedan a sus derechos
