<\/span>El Senado de la Rep\u00fablica aprob\u00f3 por unanimidad de las fuerzas pol\u00edticas representadas la conformaci\u00f3n de la Guardia Nacional con mando civil por cinco a\u00f1os, la cual estar\u00e1 adscrita a la Secretaria de Seguridad y Protecci\u00f3n Ciudadana del Gobierno de M\u00e9xico, con lo que pretenden hacer frente a la delincuencia ante las condiciones de inseguridad y clima de delincuencia organizada que pernea en el pa\u00eds desde hace 10 a\u00f1os y que ha dejado por lo menos 100 mil muertos y los \u00edndices de violencia siguen en aumento.<o:p><\/o:p><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Despu\u00e9s de que el Presidente de M\u00e9xico, Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador propuso durante su campa\u00f1a pol\u00edtica el retiro de los militares en tareas de seguridad, al arribar al cargo propuso la creaci\u00f3n de la Guardia Nacional con mando militar para hacerse cargo de las tareas de seguridad p\u00fablica en el pa\u00eds, ante la ola delictiva en las distintas regiones del territorio nacional. <o:p><\/o:p><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Tras una primera aprobaci\u00f3n del dictamen en la C\u00e1mara de Diputados, el Senado de la Rep\u00fablica efectu\u00f3 una serie de foros con organizaciones de la sociedad civil, de Derechos Humanos, as\u00ed como autoridades estatales y municipales, quienes se manifestaron en contra de la Guardia Nacional con mando militar, entre otros motivos, la vulneraci\u00f3n de los Derechos Humanos que llevar\u00eda a la militarizaci\u00f3n del pa\u00eds.<o:p><\/o:p><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Al llegar un consenso con las fuerzas pol\u00edticas del PRI, PAN, PVEM, MC, PRD y Morena, esta tarde el Senado de la Rep\u00fablica aprob\u00f3 por unanimidad el dictamen de creaci\u00f3n de la Guardia Nacional.<o:p><\/o:p><\/div>\n<div>Esto son los puntos de acuerdo:<o:p><\/o:p><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u2022 Mando Civil<\/div>\n<div>\u2022
