{"id":6495,"date":"2025-04-30T22:27:15","date_gmt":"2025-05-01T04:27:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/home\/?p=6495"},"modified":"2025-04-30T22:30:30","modified_gmt":"2025-05-01T04:30:30","slug":"cuenta-publica-2024-edomex-aumento-de-6-en-ingresos-sin-creacion-de-impuestos-y-ahorro-de-3-en-el-ejercicio-del-gasto","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/home\/cuenta-publica-2024-edomex-aumento-de-6-en-ingresos-sin-creacion-de-impuestos-y-ahorro-de-3-en-el-ejercicio-del-gasto\/","title":{"rendered":"Cuenta P\u00fablica 2024 Edomex: aumento de 6% en ingresos, sin creaci\u00f3n de impuestos y ahorro de 3% en el ejercicio del gasto"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>El a\u00f1o que se reporta gener\u00f3 ingresos por m\u00e1s de 400 mmdp, sin la creaci\u00f3n de impuestos; as\u00ed como un ejercicio del gasto superior a 379 mmdp, lo que representa un ahorro del 3% respecto al presupuesto autorizado<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Por Juan Ignacio Corro&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\">Toluca, Estado de M\u00e9xico, a 30 de abril de 2025<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Gobierno del Estado de M\u00e9xico entreg\u00f3 a la LXII Legislatura estatal la Cuenta P\u00fablica del Gobierno, Organismos Auxiliares y Aut\u00f3nomos del Estado de M\u00e9xico 2024, documento que reporta un incremento de 6 por ciento en los ingresos totales, que ascendieron a 400 mil 452 millones de pesos, cifra superior a lo establecido en la Ley de Ingresos del Estado de M\u00e9xico (LIEM).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El titular de Finanzas se\u00f1al\u00f3 que en la Cuenta P\u00fablica destaca el crecimiento del 16 por ciento de los ingresos tributarios, mientras que los no tributarios crecieron 17 por ciento, resultado de una gesti\u00f3n eficiente, sin la creaci\u00f3n de impuestos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Flores Jim\u00e9nez, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que \u201cen cuanto al ejercicio del gasto, se destin\u00f3 un total de 379 mil 915 millones de pesos, lo que representa una reducci\u00f3n del 3 por ciento respecto al presupuesto autorizado. Este manejo responsable permiti\u00f3 mayor eficiencia y contenci\u00f3n del gasto, sin comprometer la calidad de los servicios p\u00fablicos.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft size-medium\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" src=\"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/w2_9007_4-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6497\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/w2_9007_4-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/w2_9007_4-1024x682.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/w2_9007_4-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/w2_9007_4-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/w2_9007_4-2048x1365.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, destac\u00f3 que el 79 por ciento del gasto fue programable y se orient\u00f3 principalmente a los programas de educaci\u00f3n, salud, seguridad p\u00fablica y bienestar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La inversi\u00f3n p\u00fablica alcanz\u00f3 los 18 mil 961 millones de pesos, de los cuales el 83 por ciento se concentr\u00f3 en el Programa de Acciones para el Desarrollo, que impulsaron obras y servicios para elevar la calidad de vida de las y los mexiquenses en los 125 municipios de la entidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se realiz\u00f3 una gesti\u00f3n responsable, sin la adquisici\u00f3n de nueva deuda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNo se adquiri\u00f3 nueva deuda, al cierre de 2024, el saldo se ubic\u00f3 en 59 mil 831 millones de pesos, equivalente al 16 por ciento de los ingresos ordinarios\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Secretario de Finanzas refiri\u00f3 a las y los diputados, as\u00ed como a la titular del \u00d3rgano Superior de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n del Estado de M\u00e9xico, la disposici\u00f3n de la dependencia a su cargo para atender las observaciones y requerimientos que emita el Legislativo y la autoridad fiscalizadora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los coordinadores parlamentarios \u00d3scar Gonz\u00e1lez Y\u00e1\u00f1ez (PT); Pablo Fern\u00e1ndez de Cevallos Gonz\u00e1lez (PAN); y Omar Ortega \u00c1lvarez (PRD); adem\u00e1s, Arleth Stephanie Grimaldo Osorio, Presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n Legislativa de Vigilancia del \u00d3rgano Superior de Fiscalizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed como, Enrique
