Ecatepec de Morelos a 10 de marzo del 2019.- Entre diciembre del 2018 y enero del 2019, la incidencia delictiva en el Estado de M\u00e9xico se increment\u00f3 de forma general en un 4.2 por ciento de acuerdo al reporte de la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado, mientras que los robos subieron un 3 por ciento de forma general.<\/span><\/div>\n

Ante la aprobaci\u00f3n de la iniciativa de la Guardia Nacional por unanimidad en la legislatura mexiquense en d\u00edas pasados, la Uni\u00f3n Industrial del Estado de M\u00e9xico, integrada por 450 empresas en la entidad, consider\u00f3 que la nueva figura es el \u00faltimo recurso ante las condiciones de inseguridad en algunas entidades del pa\u00eds, entre ellas el Edom\u00e9x. <\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

En un comunicado, Francisco Cuevas Dobarganes, director general de UNIDEM, destaca que la medida de apoyo en seguridad tampoco elimina la obligaci\u00f3n de los ediles en atender las problem\u00e1ticas en sus territorios. <\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
<\/a>\u201cLa soluci\u00f3n normal, deber\u00eda de ser la depuraci\u00f3n de las polic\u00edas estatales y municipales. Sin embargo, aplaudimos la voluntad de Gobierno Federal de tratar de atacar el problema, y no ser omisos ante esta situaci\u00f3n tan seria que ya est\u00e1 arrastrando la actividad econ\u00f3mica y el tejido social. <\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\u201cEs cierto que para muchos alcaldes, lo m\u00e1s simple es endosar el problema a la federaci\u00f3n, pero tambi\u00e9n pensamos que antes de eso, se debe de tratar de resolver el problema por v\u00edas convencionales, es decir, con capacitaci\u00f3n, supervisi\u00f3n, modernizaci\u00f3n, rotaci\u00f3n y sobre todo con control de los mandos policiacos locales\u201d, apunt\u00f3 Francisco Cuevas.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

De los 125 municipios que conforman el Edom\u00e9x, la incidencia delictiva se concentra en los 18 municipios metropolitanos del Valle de M\u00e9xico y cinco m\u00e1s de la zona metropolitana del Valle de Toluca. <\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
La incidencia delictiva detall\u00f3 que entre el cierre del 2018 y arranque del 2019, el robo de veh\u00edculos creci\u00f3 un 2.3 por ciento al pasar de 136 autos robados en promedio al d\u00eda a 144 casos. <\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
