{"id":6344,"date":"2025-04-22T21:28:24","date_gmt":"2025-04-23T03:28:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/home\/?p=6344"},"modified":"2025-04-22T21:28:24","modified_gmt":"2025-04-23T03:28:24","slug":"redes-sociales-poder-judicial-y-elecciones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/home\/redes-sociales-poder-judicial-y-elecciones\/","title":{"rendered":"Redes sociales, poder judicial y elecciones\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Por Juan Ignacio Corro&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La primera elecci\u00f3n judicial extraordinaria del 1 de junio representa un desaf\u00edo para las autoridades electorales en materia de fiscalizaci\u00f3n y seguimiento por el modelo de difusi\u00f3n que prioriza las redes sociales, un ecosistema donde la desinformaci\u00f3n, las noticias falsas, la opacidad y los espacios para la denostaci\u00f3n, amenazas y estigmatizaci\u00f3n en contra de las candidatas determinar\u00e1n el desarrollo del periodo de campa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante la restricci\u00f3n de contar con financiamientos p\u00fablico y privado y el nulo acceso a tiempos de radio y televisi\u00f3n, adem\u00e1s de minimizar la posibilidad de utilizar impresos volantes \u2013solo se permiten con papel reciclado- las y los aspirantes a alg\u00fan cargo de ministras, ministros, magistraturas, juezas y jueces tanto a nivel federal como en 19 entidades que tendr\u00e1n comicios locales, la apuesta en las redes sociales es la \u00fanica posibilidad de promocionarse y difundir sus perfiles.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La pregunta concreta \u00bfc\u00f3mo garantizar el voto informado en esta primera elecci\u00f3n judicial? considerada como in\u00e9dita y compleja, no solo por el \u00fanico de cargos a elegir, sino, adem\u00e1s, porque el actual modelo electoral mexicano que no corresponden con la naturaleza de un poder judicial independiente que garantice imparcialidad y neutralidad.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bajo el argumento de fortalecer los modelos de justicia local y cotidiana que genere confianza en la ciudadan\u00eda a fin de promover tribunales independientes en justicia laboral, patrimonial, violencia intrafamiliar, el congreso federal impuso en la ley que las y los electores conozcan perfiles de quienes llevar\u00e1n esta justicia a trav\u00e9s de redes sociales.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero \u00bfqui\u00e9n garantizara que el contenido de las y los aspirantes sea ver\u00eddico cuando no existe un filtro en la informaci\u00f3n por parte de las autoridades electorales cuando s\u00ed ocurre en los sport de los partidos pol\u00edticos en una elecci\u00f3n ordinaria?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A partir de 2021, Facebook y WhatsApp, han reflejado el mayor n\u00famero de noticias falsas en M\u00e9xico, por lo que est\u00e1n constantemente expuestas a recibir informaci\u00f3n falsa. En la mayor\u00eda de los casos, no tienen tiempo para investigar ni determinar la veracidad de la informaci\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por ejemplo, una encuesta realizada por la Universidad Nacional Aut\u00f3noma de M\u00e9xico (UNAM) se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el 90% de los encuestados recibieron noticias falsas sobre la COVID-19 por medio de WhatsApp, mientras que el 88% las recibi\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s de Facebook.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoy la apuesta es a trav\u00e9s de TikTok, la plataforma china que se mantiene en el ojo del hurac\u00e1n con el gobierno de los Estados Unidos por intentar adjudicarse m\u00e1s del 50 por ciento de sus acciones, esta es y ser\u00e1 la plataforma por medio de las cuales las y los aspirantes se dirigen a los electores de a nivel estatal, estatal y de sus distritos judiciales.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>19 Presidentas y Presidentes de los Institutos Electorales Locales que tendr\u00e1n proceso judicial;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Aguascalientes, BajaCalifornia, Chihuahua, CiudaddeM\u00e9xico, Coahuila, Colima, Durango, Estado de M\u00e9xico, Michoac\u00e1n, Nayarit, QuintanaRoo, SanLuisPotos\u00ed, Sonora, Tabasco, Tamaulipas, Tlaxcala, Veracruz, Yucat\u00e1n y Zacatecas, establecieron \u201cponer ojo en la operaci\u00f3n de las redes sociales\u201d, al advertir, por experiencia en otros comicios, que las redes socios digitales son los \u201cpromotores de la desinformaci\u00f3n y las noticias falsas\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ni los debates p\u00fablicos ni la plataforma Conoc\u00e9les ser\u00e1n suficiente para conocer el perfil de m\u00e1s de 800 candidaturas y una cantidad de entre 100 a 400 aspirantes a nivel estatal; ante tal exposici\u00f3n \u00bfc\u00f3mo se garantice que la ciudadan\u00eda realice un voto informado?&nbsp;&nbsp;pilar del sistema electoral mexicano de los \u00faltimos 30 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el inicio de las campa\u00f1as federales las y los candidatos a ministras y ministros, magistraturas, juezas y jueces \u201cse distraen haciendo Tiktoks\u201d, en lugar de presentar propuestas concretas sobre por qu\u00e9 querer ocupar alg\u00fan cargo judicial; y de inmediato surge la premisa, es posible hacer esta propuesta en rede sociales bajo el modelo democr\u00e1tico actual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2027, habr\u00e1 elecciones ordinarias y judiciales en las 32 entidades del pa\u00eds y se vaticinan que las redes sociales ser\u00e1n el medio de difusi\u00f3n m\u00e1s poderoso, econ\u00f3mico y de mayor penetraci\u00f3n comunicacional para el proceso electoral intermedio, de ah\u00ed que las redes hayan llegado para quedarse y por ello es necesaria su ordenaci\u00f3n, regulaci\u00f3n o desmitificaci\u00f3n en material
