{"id":6231,"date":"2025-04-13T15:55:44","date_gmt":"2025-04-13T21:55:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/home\/?p=6231"},"modified":"2025-04-13T15:57:05","modified_gmt":"2025-04-13T21:57:05","slug":"alerta-coparmex-y-expertos-sobre-riesgos-de-politizar-la-justicia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/home\/alerta-coparmex-y-expertos-sobre-riesgos-de-politizar-la-justicia\/","title":{"rendered":"Alerta Coparmex y expertos sobre riesgos de politizar la justicia"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>COPARMEX impulsa el di\u00e1logo informado sobre la reforma judicial con especialistas del m\u00e1s alto nivel de la Barra Mexicana de Abogados; la Asociaci\u00f3n Nacional de Abogados de Empresa, Colegio de Abogados; el Ilustre y Nacional Colegio de Abogados de M\u00e9xico y M\u00e9xico Eval\u00faa<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>COPARMEX participar\u00e1 como observador electoral para documentar el proceso, no para promover el voto<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Por Juan Ignacio Corro&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\"><em>Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, a 13 de abril de 2025<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Confederaci\u00f3n Patronal de la Rep\u00fablica Mexicana (COPARMEX) advirti\u00f3 que la elecci\u00f3n judicial por voto popular representa un cambio estructural sin precedentes que pone en riesgo la independencia del Poder Judicial, vulnerando la imparcialidad y el acceso a una justicia efectiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el foro \u201cAn\u00e1lisis&nbsp;de la&nbsp;Elecci\u00f3n&nbsp;Judicial\u201d,&nbsp;organizado como&nbsp;espacio&nbsp;de&nbsp;reflexi\u00f3n&nbsp;y&nbsp;di\u00e1logo, se&nbsp;abordaron&nbsp;losretos&nbsp;y&nbsp;riesgos que&nbsp;representa&nbsp;el&nbsp;proceso&nbsp;extraordinario&nbsp;del 1&nbsp;de&nbsp;junio,&nbsp;mediante&nbsp;el&nbsp;cual se&nbsp;pretende&nbsp;elegir,por voto&nbsp;popular,&nbsp;a&nbsp;jueces,&nbsp;magistrados&nbsp;y&nbsp;ministros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En&nbsp;el&nbsp;evento&nbsp;se&nbsp;discutieron&nbsp;los&nbsp;aciertos, desaf\u00edos&nbsp;y&nbsp;consecuencias&nbsp;de&nbsp;una&nbsp;reforma&nbsp;que&nbsp;compromete&nbsp;laindependencia&nbsp;del Poder&nbsp;Judicial y, por tanto, el equilibrio de poderes en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante&nbsp;su&nbsp;intervenci\u00f3n,&nbsp;Juan&nbsp;Jos\u00e9&nbsp;Sierra&nbsp;\u00c1lvarez,&nbsp;presidente&nbsp;nacional&nbsp;de&nbsp;COPARMEX,&nbsp;subray\u00f3 que&nbsp;el fortalecimiento&nbsp;del Estado&nbsp;democr\u00e1tico&nbsp;y&nbsp;de&nbsp;derecho&nbsp;es&nbsp;uno&nbsp;de&nbsp;los&nbsp;pilares&nbsp;del Modelo&nbsp;de Desarrollo Inclusivo que propone el organismo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que \u00ablo que est\u00e1 en juego en una democracia son todas nuestras libertades. La libertad de emprender, de invertir, de decidir la libre expresi\u00f3n\u00bb.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dijo que COPARMEX actuar\u00e1 como observador electoral para documentar el proceso, no para promover el voto, porque: \u201cobservar no es apoyar, observar precisamente es analizar y poder a partir de la observaci\u00f3n, documentar el proceso y poder recabar la informaci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Susana Camacho, coordinadora del Programa de Justicia de M\u00e9xico Eval\u00faa, expuso que: \u201cen este momento, como sociedad, en&nbsp;lo que deber\u00edamos de poner el foco es en&nbsp;la&nbsp;importancia de los&nbsp;jueces&nbsp;y&nbsp;desu&nbsp;independencia,&nbsp;en&nbsp;los&nbsp;retos&nbsp;o&nbsp;los&nbsp;riesgos&nbsp;que&nbsp;enfrentamos\u201d.&nbsp;\u00c7<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo,&nbsp;llam\u00f3 a&nbsp;fortalecer&nbsp;las&nbsp;instituciones&nbsp;judiciales&nbsp;desde&nbsp;su&nbsp;autonom\u00eda&nbsp;y&nbsp;con&nbsp;mecanismos&nbsp;queaseguren&nbsp;su integridad, en lugar de someterlas a l\u00f3gicas de popularidad o presi\u00f3n pol\u00edtica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Carmen Quijano Decanini, vicepresidenta de&nbsp;la Barra Mexicana de Abogados, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que: \u201cNo quitar\u00eda&nbsp;eldedo&nbsp;del&nbsp;rengl\u00f3n&nbsp;de&nbsp;arreglar&nbsp;esta&nbsp;reforma,&nbsp;es&nbsp;decir,&nbsp;de&nbsp;volver&nbsp;a&nbsp;reformar.&nbsp;Porque&nbsp;ante el fracaso que ser\u00e1 evidente, debemos exigir que, si en verdad se insiste en una elecci\u00f3n popular,&nbsp;al menos no se elija a tantos jueces,&nbsp;sino \u2014como primer paso\u2014 a quienes conforman el \u00f3rgano superior de la Suprema Corte\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recalc\u00f3 que el acceso a la justicia requiere instituciones&nbsp;s\u00f3lidas,&nbsp;no&nbsp;procesos&nbsp;contaminados&nbsp;por&nbsp;ideolog\u00edas.En&nbsp;su&nbsp;visi\u00f3n,&nbsp;el sistema&nbsp;judicial necesita reformas, s\u00ed, pero construidas con consenso, t\u00e9cnica y responsabilidad.Por su parte, Jos\u00e9 \u00c1ngel Santiago \u00c1brego, presidente de la Asociaci\u00f3n Nacional de Abogados de Empresa, Colegio de Abogados, asegur\u00f3: \u201cPor virtud de la reforma judicial habr\u00e1 un efecto \u201camedrentador\u201d en la funci\u00f3n jurisdiccional y, en consecuencia, en la inversi\u00f3n. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9?
