de 2025<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una iniciativa para reformar el C\u00f3digo de Biodiversidad del Estado de M\u00e9xico y que analiza el Congreso estatal, plantea que las personas propietarias de veh\u00edculos de uso privado o servicio p\u00fablico deben prevenir, restaurar y corregir la contaminaci\u00f3n del aire mediante la restricci\u00f3n o limitaci\u00f3n de la circulaci\u00f3n vehicular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Luis Felipe Hern\u00e1ndez Llop, jur\u00eddico de la Secretar\u00eda del Medio Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible del gobierno estatal, expres\u00f3 que la mala calidad del aire en el Estado de M\u00e9xico, derivado del calentamiento global, ha provocado la ampliaci\u00f3n de contingencias ambientales, raz\u00f3n por la cual se necesita reforzar el marco jur\u00eddico para establecer ciertas limitaciones de circulaci\u00f3n vehicular.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La iniciativa de la gobernadora Delfina G\u00f3mez \u00c1lvarez establece que la Secretar\u00eda del Medio Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible pueda implementar restricciones de circulaci\u00f3n vehicular, lo que&nbsp;&nbsp;se considera&nbsp;&nbsp;\u201cun paso decisivo que nunca antes se hab\u00eda tomado con tanta seriedad\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En el an\u00e1lisis de la propuesta, funcionarios del gobierno estatal resaltaron que la limitaci\u00f3n a la circulaci\u00f3n vehicular, que ya ocurre en el Valle de M\u00e9xico, se extender\u00e1 a otras zonas de la entidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ante este contexto, se exhort\u00f3 a reducir el uso de veh\u00edculos y adaptarse a otras formas de transporte que son m\u00e1s econ\u00f3micas, saludables y amigables con el medio ambiente.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al respecto, Javier de Jes\u00fas Dom\u00ednguez Gonz\u00e1lez, encargado de despacho de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Legislaci\u00f3n y del Peri\u00f3dico Oficial \u2018Gaceta del Gobierno\u2019, puntualiz\u00f3 que la propuesta busca fortalecer las atribuciones a la Secretar\u00eda en materia de prevenci\u00f3n y control de fuentes contaminantes atmosf\u00e9ricas, ya sean fijas o m\u00f3viles, con lo cual se limitar\u00e1 el tr\u00e1nsito de fuentes m\u00f3viles para prevenir y
