Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n de Toluca<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Por Juan Ignacio Corro<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\"><em>Naucalpan, Estado de M\u00e9xico, a 11 de febrero de 2025<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante los videos grabados por propietarios de barber\u00edas intervenidos por la &nbsp;Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de M\u00e9xico el pasado viernes y donde se aprecian la \u201csiembra de droga\u201d por parte de los agentes de investigaci\u00f3n, la dependencia separo del cargo a los efectivos responsables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el despliegue operativo y en particular a seis establecimientos donde se aprecian que dos de ellos que corresponde a una misma acci\u00f3n en la que una persona \u201cdeja caer\u201d aparentemente un envoltorio que podr\u00eda ser alg\u00fan narc\u00f3tico, la Fiscal\u00eda ya inici\u00f3 una investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft size-medium\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" que como medida precautoria fueron separados de sus funciones el Agente del Ministerio Publico y el Comandante de la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n de la diligencia practicada en la delegaci\u00f3n de Santiago Miltepec, municipio de Toluca y permanecer\u00e1n es esa condici\u00f3n en tanto se determine la existencia de alg\u00fan il\u00edcito y su probable intervenci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como de cualquier servidor p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por cuanto a la exigencia de 80 mil pesos para la devoluci\u00f3n de cada inmueble la Fiscal\u00eda sostuvo que la restituci\u00f3n no tiene costo alguno, por lo que invito a los afectados a presentar denuncia ante el Ministerio Publico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El pasado viernes 7 de febrero fueron intervenidos 312 establecimientos conocidas como \u201cbarber\u00edas\u201d en donde presuntamente se cometen presuntos il\u00edcitos o fueron victimas de ello en los municipios de Amecameca, Cuautitlan, Ecatepec, Naucalpan, Nezahualc\u00f3yotl, Tepotzotl\u00e1n, Tlalnepantla y Toluca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201cBarber\u00edas\u201d presuntos centros de operaci\u00f3n delincuencial<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conforme a la investigaci\u00f3n de la Fiscal\u00eda estos lugares eran utilizados para el fomento de trasiego de drogas o como centros de reuni\u00f3n para actividades de vigilancia o \u201chalconeo\u201d por parte de grupos criminales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignright size-medium\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"226\" https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/GjdXHHeb0AA-49N.jpg 1600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Ello, luego de que los datos del 1 de enero de 2022 al 6 de febrero de 2025 se registraron mil 337 conductas delictivas en establecimientos tipo barber\u00edas de los que destacan 38 homicidios y feminicidios, 25 eventos de secuestros, desaparici\u00f3n, trata y privaci\u00f3n de la libertad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De lo anterior se desprenden 77 delitos de violaci\u00f3n, abuso, acoso y hostigamiento sexual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se tiene el registro de 206 hechos de lesiones en diferentes modalidades, ya sea por arma de fuego, instrumento punzo cortante u otras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>196 denuncias por delitos contra la salud en su modalidad de narcomenudeo en hip\u00f3tesis de posesi\u00f3n simple, con fines de comercio y con fines de suministro, as\u00ed como \u201cnumerosas\u201d denuncias por disparo de arma de fuego, ataque peligroso y
