2024<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico (FGJCDMX) rescat\u00f3 a ocho animales que se encontraban en estado de maltrato; adem\u00e1s detuvo a dos personas, luego de una noticia criminal relacionada con la posible comisi\u00f3n del delito de maltrato animal en un domicilio de la colonia Morelos-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Fiscal\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n en Delitos Ambientales y en Materia de Protecci\u00f3n Urbana (FIDAMPU) solicit\u00f3 la referida orden judicial por el delito de actos de maltrato en contra de animales no humanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la inspecci\u00f3n, los agentes investigadores, con apoyo de peritos y un m\u00e9dico veterinario, encontraron a cinco animales no humanos de las especies caninas; tres m\u00e1s de la especie felina, uno de ellos muerto; y un ave, todos en mal estado y con evidencias de maltrato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el lugar fueron detenidos dos hombres, quienes junto con los animales no humanos y los indicios fueron puestos a disposici\u00f3n del representante social de la FIDAMPU, donde se integra la indagatoria correspondiente.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
