{"id":4662,"date":"2024-07-28T11:36:15","date_gmt":"2024-07-28T17:36:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/home\/?p=4662"},"modified":"2024-07-28T11:36:16","modified_gmt":"2024-07-28T17:36:16","slug":"van-contra-porros-del-ipn-unam-y-colegio-de-bachilleres","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/home\/van-contra-porros-del-ipn-unam-y-colegio-de-bachilleres\/","title":{"rendered":"Van contra porros del IPN, UNAM y Colegio de Bachilleres"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Visitas: 30<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Acuerdan elaborar mapa de riesgos para erradicar el porrismo en planteles de la CDMX y Edomex con labores de inteligencia contra lo que calificaron como \u00abc\u00e1ncer de las escuelas p\u00fablicas<\/em>\u00ab<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Las acciones incluyen invitar a autoridades de Ciudad de M\u00e9xico y Edomex, incluidas secretar\u00edas de Seguridad y fiscal\u00edas, para consolidar nuevo frente com\u00fan<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Por Juan Ignacio Corro<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\"><em>Ciudad de M\u00e9xico a 28 de julio de 2024<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Crear comisiones para realizar recorridos en planteles y elaborar un mapa de riesgos son los primeros acuerdos del frente interinstitucional para terminar con los grupos porriles; est\u00e1 integrado por el Instituto Polit\u00e9cnico Nacional (IPN), el Colegio de Bachilleres (Colbach) y la Universidad Nacional Aut\u00f3noma de M\u00e9xico (UNAM).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En instalaciones del IPN con integrantes de la Comisi\u00f3n Interinstitucional de Prevenci\u00f3n y Seguridad IPN-UNAM-Colbach, se acord\u00f3 crear dos comisiones:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Comisi\u00f3n Ejecutiva, que tendr\u00e1 a su cargo realizar recorridos en escuelas, la coordinaci\u00f3n entre planteles, as\u00ed como el desarrollo y la ejecuci\u00f3n de protocolos; ser\u00e1 encabezada por el IPN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La denominada Comisi\u00f3n de An\u00e1lisis, que se encargar\u00e1 del estudio de factores sociales, econ\u00f3micos y culturales, as\u00ed como de proponer acciones preventivas; estar\u00e1 encabezada por el Colbach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La UNAM encabeza la Secretar\u00eda T\u00e9cnica, la cual ser\u00e1 rotativa y ya estaba conformada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El encuentro entre autoridades estuvo encabezado por el secretario general del IPN, Mauricio Igor Jasso Zaranda; el secretario de Prevenci\u00f3n, Atenci\u00f3n y Seguridad de la UNAM, Ra\u00fal Arcenio Aguilar Tamayo y, en representaci\u00f3n del director general del Colegio de Bachilleres, Ad\u00e1n Escobedo Robles, el coordinador de Proyectos en la Direcci\u00f3n General, Elih\u00fa Castillo Nasr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como parte de los acuerdos destaca la elaboraci\u00f3n de un mapa de riesgos \u2014para ubicar en cada plantel los grupos generadores de violencia o presi\u00f3n\u2014 que incluya a las escuelas y los centros de operaci\u00f3n en zonas aleda\u00f1as de estos grupos; ser\u00e1 elaborado por las tres instituciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coincidieron adem\u00e1s en contactar a las autoridades federales relacionadas con esta problem\u00e1tica, adem\u00e1s de las secretar\u00edas de Seguridad y fiscal\u00edas \u2014incluida la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica (FGR)\u2014, as\u00ed como autoridades de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico y del Estado de M\u00e9xico, para establecer una coordinaci\u00f3n que permita generar acciones contundentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se realizar\u00e1n mapeos alrededor de las escuelas para generar entornos m\u00e1s amigables \u2014a trav\u00e9s de iluminaci\u00f3n, pintura y retiro de centros de recopilaci\u00f3n de basura, entre otras acciones\u2014, con el fin de revertir los lugares donde estos grupos influyen de manera decisiva.
