Naucalpan de Ju\u00e1rez a 29 de febrero del 2020.- En el repunte de la incidencia delictiva en Naucalpan, el Director Operativo de Seguridad P\u00fablica municipal, Roberto Gir\u00f3n, evidencia en plena transmisi\u00f3n en vivo una serie de deficiencias en su labor para combatir el crimen.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

La ausencia de se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n para evitar un siniestro vial en filtros de revisi\u00f3n al transporte p\u00fablico, as\u00ed como la falta de un cerco de seguridad para actuar en caso de que alg\u00fan pasajero est\u00e9 armado, son algunas de las varias deficiencias que se observan mientras Roberto Gir\u00f3n es entrevistado durante la realizaci\u00f3n de un operativo a transporte p\u00fablico.<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

El que un mando policial realice una actividad rutinaria sin los m\u00ednimos protocolos centrados en proteger y salva guardar la vida de los automovilistas, peatones, usuarios del transporte p\u00fablico y de su propio personal en la v\u00eda p\u00fablica tiene una sencilla explicaci\u00f3n: ostenta un puesto sin la capacitaci\u00f3n m\u00ednima necesaria.<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

Lo anterior refrenda la crisis de inseguridad que se vive en los municipios del Estado de M\u00e9xico, la cual apunta a que los puestos de mando y toma de decisi\u00f3n son otorgados por intereses pol\u00edticos y sin apego a otorgarlos a las y los polic\u00edas con mejor trayectoria, capacitaci\u00f3n y antig\u00fcedad en las corporaciones municipales a trav\u00e9s de un servicio profesional de carrera<\/span>.<\/div>\n

De acuerdo con la incidencia delictiva del Secretariado Ejecutivo del Sistema Nacional de Seguridad P\u00fablica, se registr\u00f3 un 25 .93 por ciento de incremento de delitos entre enero del 2019 y 2020, cifras que demuestran la incapacidad de frenar la inseguridad en la administraci\u00f3n de Patricia Dur\u00e1n Reveles. <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
