que este 2020 reciben el subsidio para el Fortalecimiento del desempe\u00f1o en materia de Seguridad P\u00fablica (FORTASEG).&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;verdana&quot; , sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;verdana&quot; , sans-serif;\">En este sentido, el reto de las administraciones locales es hacer compras inteligentes, es decir, tener muy claras las medidas de higiene que se deben procurar en las instalaciones policiales y las necesidades de protecci\u00f3n para evitar contagiarse y contagiar al atender llamadas de emergencia o durante la diaria labor policial en calle.&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;verdana&quot; , sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;verdana&quot; , sans-serif;\">En pocas palabras, antes de comprar se deben al menos trazar protocolos de prevenci\u00f3n y protecci\u00f3n de las y los polic\u00edas ante enfermedades infecto-contagiosas, a fin de precisar las caracter\u00edsticas, calidad y distribuci\u00f3n del equipamiento a adquirir.&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;verdana&quot; , sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;verdana&quot; , sans-serif;\">De lo contrario, aumenta el riesgo de que en un futuro terminen en bodega, por ejemplo, tapabocas que por su baja calidad no sean \u00fatiles, o en el peor de los casos generen una mayor propagaci\u00f3n del virus.&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;verdana&quot; , sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;verdana&quot; , sans-serif;\">Si bien, es buena la iniciativa de reprogramar parte del recurso FORTASEG 2020 para que las administraciones municipales adquieran equipamiento de protecci\u00f3n sanitaria para polic\u00edas, ser\u00eda doblemente eficaz si se adquiere equipo de calidad, sobre todo si se toma en cuenta que dicho presupuesto proviene de la partida que inicialmente estaba etiquetada para el ingreso y capacitaci\u00f3n de nuevos polic\u00edas.&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;verdana&quot; , sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: &quot;verdana&quot; , sans-serif;\">Por lo tanto, el reto es cuidar y equipar debidamente a las y los polic\u00edas locales para evitar el menor n\u00famero de bajas por Covid-19, pues al menos en este a\u00f1o no habr\u00e1 recurso federal para el ingreso de nuevos polic\u00edas en las 271 corporaciones policiales de las demarcaciones que por su alta
