Un Juez de Control del Poder Judicial del Estado de M\u00e9xico determin\u00f3 que Manuel \u00abN\u00bb&nbsp;es el posible responsable de un hecho donde la v\u00edctima es el medio ambiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los vecinos del lugar se percataron de que el imputado, con una lata de alcohol habr\u00eda prendido&nbsp;fuego&nbsp;al pasto&nbsp;para provocar un incendio. Por lo que solicitaron el auxilio de la polic\u00eda, quien lo detuvo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En audiencia, el juzgador\u00a0estableci\u00f3 un plazo de investigaci\u00f3n\u00a0que vence\u00a0el\u00a016\u00a0de abril; adem\u00e1s\u00a0impuso como medida cautelar prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada\u00a0a Manuel \u00abN\u00bb, por su probable responsabilidad en Delitos contra el ambiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El C\u00f3digo Penal del Estado de M\u00e9xico&nbsp;establece la competencia del PJEdomex para sancionar los delitos&nbsp;Ambientales&nbsp;y Contra la Flora y la Fauna Silvestre. En el caso de los incendios forestales, el art\u00edculo 228 indica que, a quien provoque intencionalmente un&nbsp;acto de esta clase, se le impondr\u00e1 prisi\u00f3n de dos a ocho a\u00f1os y de treinta a ciento cincuenta d\u00edas multa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Respecto a los delitos contra la Flora y la Fauna Silvestre, el art\u00edculo 235 del mismo precepto legal se\u00f1ala que, quien realice cualquier acto que cause la destrucci\u00f3n, da\u00f1o o perturbaci\u00f3n de la vida silvestre o de su h\u00e1bitat, incluidas conductas de contaminaci\u00f3n que representen una destrucci\u00f3n, da\u00f1o o perturbaci\u00f3n, se le impondr\u00e1 de uno a seis a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n y de treinta a cien d\u00edas multa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Denuncias procedentes en contra de delitos ambientales <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Del 2019\u00a0a marzo de 2024,\u00a0en los juzgados en materia penal se han iniciado 310 carpetas judiciales y 526 personas han sido imputadas por estos il\u00edcitos, en fase de control judicial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De las carpetas, 66 son del Distrito Judicial de Valle de Bravo, zona con un importante ecosistema; 37 en Tlalnepantla, 33 en el Oro, y 31 en Chalco, que suman el 54 por ciento del total; por imputados en etapa de control, el Distrito Judicial de Tlalnepantla registra 107, seguido por Valle de Bravo con 79 personas imputadas y Chalco con 66.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fue vinculado a proceso por&nbsp;provocar&nbsp;un incendio de manera dolosa&nbsp;en un&nbsp;predio de 600 metros denominado&nbsp;el \u00abVaso de&nbsp;Cristo\u00bb&nbsp;en&nbsp;Tlalnepantla.
