Toluca, Edom\u00e9x, 1 de julio de 2020.- Tomas Zer\u00f3n de Lucio, era temido hasta por sus superiores y colaboradores en la Procuradur\u00eda del Estado de M\u00e9xico debido a las intervenciones telef\u00f3nicas y escuchas ilegales que se hac\u00edan desde la Coordinaci\u00f3n de Investigaci\u00f3n y An\u00e1lisis (CIA) que operaba un grupo selecto e intocable de agentes ministeriales del Edomex a su cargo.<\/span><\/div>\n

<\/a> <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

La CIA, operaba bajo la direcci\u00f3n de Zer\u00f3n de Lucio a trav\u00e9s de Rub\u00e9n Lara Recio, su mano derecha durante su paso en la entonces Procuradur\u00eda Mexiquense y quien heredo la titularidad de dicha \u00e1rea, tras la incorporaci\u00f3n de Zer\u00f3n al Gobierno Federal.<\/span><\/div>\n

A forma de broma el mismo el entonces Procurador Mexiquense,  <\/span>Alfredo Castillo Cervantes, advert\u00eda que hab\u00eda que \u201ccuidarse\u201d de Zer\u00f3n de Lucio, reconocido por las habilidades extra oficiales que su \u00e1rea desarrollaba para atender los asuntos \u201cdelicados\u201d como les llamaban. <\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

El ex titular de la Agencia de Investigaci\u00f3n Criminal (AIC), de la ahora extinta Procuradur\u00eda General de Justicia de la Republica (PGR), Tom\u00e1s Zer\u00f3n de Lucio, cuenta con una ficha roja de b\u00fasqueda por parte de la Polic\u00eda Internacional conocida por sus siglas INTERPOL, por omisiones en la investigaci\u00f3n de la desaparici\u00f3n de los 43 normalistas de Ayotzinapan. <\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

<\/span><\/div>\n
Pero esta no es la primea vez que el ex funcionario es investigado por autoridades federales. <\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
En 2009 fue cesado de su cargo federal tras la fuga de 53 reos del penal de Cieneguillas en Zacatecas en un escape incre\u00edble en aquel entonces cuando se emplearon patrullas clonadas de la entonces Polic\u00eda Federal. <\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

Hombre de gustos peculiares, como la manutenci\u00f3n de caimanes al interior de su oficina, la excesiva protecci\u00f3n personal y otras excentricidades, hicieron que \u00e9l y su equipo, se ganaran una serie de se\u00f1alamientos que incluir\u00edan la sustracci\u00f3n de objetos en cateos y otras irregularidades en diversos eventos donde destacan:<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

Aquel robo de un reloj de lujo marca Rolex, al poeta Efra\u00edn Bartolom\u00e9 en 2011, cuando polic\u00edas del Edom\u00e9x pretend\u00edan la detenci\u00f3n del l\u00edder la banda criminal \u201cLa Mano con Ojos\u201d y se equivocaron de domicilio sustrayendo el reloj y otros abusos.  <\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

Adem\u00e1s de la supuesta fuga, y re aprensi\u00f3n de Cesar Armando Librado Legorreta  <\/span>alias \u201cEl Coqueto\u201d en 2012, violador y feminicida que perdi\u00f3 la habilidad de caminar por la supuesta ca\u00edda que recibi\u00f3 durante su fuga.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

El pol\u00e9mico caso de la ni\u00f1a Paulette Gebara Farah, quien falleci\u00f3 de forma misteriosa en 2010 y despu\u00e9s de amplias investigaciones encontraran su cuerpo en su misma habitaci\u00f3n.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n

Tomas Zer\u00f3n, colabor\u00f3 en la CIA con tres Procuradores Mexiquenses, Alberto Baz Baz, Alfredo Castillo Cervantes y Miguel \u00c1ngel Contreras Nieto, y tras migrar a la PGR su lugar ha sido ocupado hasta la fecha por Rub\u00e9n Lara Recio.<\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n
