{"id":3095,"date":"2024-03-22T19:54:09","date_gmt":"2024-03-23T01:54:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/home\/?p=3095"},"modified":"2024-03-22T19:54:09","modified_gmt":"2024-03-23T01:54:09","slug":"vinculacion-a-proceso-a-el-chori-capitan-de-la-union-tepito","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/home\/vinculacion-a-proceso-a-el-chori-capitan-de-la-union-tepito\/","title":{"rendered":"Vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso a \u00abEl Chori\u00bb, capitan de la Uni\u00f3n Tepito"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>El Chori\u201d comenz\u00f3 su carrera delictiva por el a\u00f1o 2009, cuando posiblemente se dedicaba al robo de transe\u00fantes y luego se integr\u00f3 a cartel de la Uni\u00f3n Tepito<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras descartar cualquier posible homonimia, al \u201cChori\u201d, considerado como uno de los generadores de violencia m\u00e1s buscados por las autoridades y posible l\u00edder de un grupo delictivo, con operaci\u00f3n en la zona centro de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, le notificaron que contaba con un mandamiento judicial vigente en su contra, girado por un juez penal con sede en el Reclusorio Preventivo Varonil Oriente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Chori qued\u00f3 en el mismo centro penitenciario en el que actualmente se encuentra por la posible comisi\u00f3n de delitos contra la salud, en su modalidad de narcotr\u00e1fico; portaci\u00f3n de arma de fuego y posesi\u00f3n de cartuchos de uso exclusivo de las Fuerzas Armadas, as\u00ed como por cohecho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eduardo \u201cN\u201d, otro de las personas vinculadas a proceso, tambi\u00e9n se le relaciona con la posible comisi\u00f3n de delitos de alto impacto, como extorsiones, homicidios, secuestros y distribuci\u00f3n de droga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De las indagatorias llevadas a cabo por la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n, se tiene conocimiento que \u201cEl Chori\u201d comenz\u00f3 su carrera delictiva por el a\u00f1o 2009, cuando posiblemente se dedicaba al robo de transe\u00fantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Las investigaciones refieren que, a partir de su cercan\u00eda con otras personas que integraban la organizaci\u00f3n delictiva que ahora dirige, conoci\u00f3 a personas como \u201cEl Betito\u201d. Adem\u00e1s, Eduardo \u201cN\u201d posiblemente se integr\u00f3 a un grupo de choque de dicha organizaci\u00f3n delictiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se tiene conocimiento que su c\u00e9lula criminal ha estado \u00faltimamente activa por las detenciones de algunos de sus integrantes, quienes han sido vinculados con actividades de venta de droga y extorsi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Su alcance en la zona del centro de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico se ha debido a la cooptaci\u00f3n de gente joven a la que proporcionan armas de fuego e involucran en sus actividades delictivas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se sabe que Eduardo \u201cN\u201d escal\u00f3 r\u00e1pidamente en jerarqu\u00eda, hasta alcanzar el liderazgo.
