la L\u00ednea 12 en la inter estaci\u00f3n Eje Central &#8211; Parque de los Venados<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico (FGJCDMX) indaga  la posible comisi\u00f3n del delito de da\u00f1o a la propiedad, derivado de una filtraci\u00f3n posiblemente ocasionada por una construcci\u00f3n que gener\u00f3 da\u00f1os en instalaciones y trenes en la inter estaci\u00f3n Eje Central &#8211; Parque de los Venados, de la L\u00ednea 12 del Sistema de Transporte Colectivo (STC) Metro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez que personal del metro notific\u00f3 al Ministerio P\u00fablico sobre estos hechos, se dio intervenci\u00f3n a personal de la Coordinaci\u00f3n de Investigaci\u00f3n Forense y Servicios Periciales, experto en fotograf\u00eda, criminal\u00edstica, arquitectura e instalaciones hidrosanitarias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft size-medium\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"166\" src=\"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/WhatsApp-Image-2024-03-14-at-8.00.32-PM-300x166.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2881\" orden\u00f3 la intervenci\u00f3n de agentes de la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n (PDI), quienes comenzaron sus labores con una inspecci\u00f3n exhaustiva del lugar, as\u00ed como la localizaci\u00f3n de posibles testigos y solicitaron toda la informaci\u00f3n conducente al STC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por lo que respecta al inmueble donde se lleva a cabo la obra que posiblemente causa estos da\u00f1os, personal ministerial orden\u00f3 el aseguramiento del mismo, a efecto de hacer la investigaci\u00f3n y el deslinde de todos los hechos, en consecuencia, la obra quedar\u00e1 bajo resguardo de la FGJCDMX.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta Fiscal\u00eda contin\u00faa trabajando de forma coordinada con el Gobierno de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico y dependencias como las secretar\u00edas de Desarrollo Urbano y Vivienda, de Obras y Servicios, as\u00ed como la Contralor\u00eda General y el STC Metro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped
