Personal de la Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico (FGJCDMX), en coordinaci\u00f3n con polic\u00edas de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad Ciudadana (SSC), rescat\u00f3 a aproximadamente 40 animales de distintas especies y tiene sujetos a investigaci\u00f3n a dos hombres, por la probable comisi\u00f3n del delito de maltrato animal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La ma\u00f1ana de este mi\u00e9rcoles 13 de marzo, fueron resguardados 34 caninos, cinco tortugas y un cuyo, que se encontraban hacinados en un inmueble de la colonia Tepalcatlalpan, alcald\u00eda Xochimilco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al tomar conocimiento de los hechos, el agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada en Delitos Ambientales y Protecci\u00f3n Urbana (FIDAMPU) de la Coordinaci\u00f3n General de Investigaci\u00f3n Territorial inici\u00f3 una carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n por el posible delito de maltrato animal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dos hombres detenidos durante la inspecci\u00f3n son investigados para determinar su situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica, en tanto que los seres sintientes fueron trasladados a un centro especializado para su atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica y resguardo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
