{"id":24358,"date":"2026-10-14T09:19:58","date_gmt":"2026-10-14T15:19:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/home\/?p=24358"},"modified":"2026-10-14T09:19:59","modified_gmt":"2026-10-14T15:19:59","slug":"fiscalia-cdmx-detiene-a-el-damaso-identificado-como-uno-de-los-presuntos-lideres-del-cartel-de-tlahuac","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/home\/fiscalia-cdmx-detiene-a-el-damaso-identificado-como-uno-de-los-presuntos-lideres-del-cartel-de-tlahuac\/","title":{"rendered":"Fiscal\u00eda CDMX detiene a \u201cEl D\u00e1maso\u201d, identificado como uno de los presuntos l\u00edderes del \u201cC\u00e1rtel de Tl\u00e1huac\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Visitas: 10<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>La PDI realiz\u00f3 durante varios meses trabajos de seguimiento que permitieron establecer su identidad y sus zonas de movilidad en Tl\u00e1huac, Xochimilco y Milpa Alta<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Se le relaciona con posibles actividades de extorsi\u00f3n a comerciantes, despojo y venta de narc\u00f3ticos en Tl\u00e1huac<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Juan Ignacio Corro<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right wp-block-paragraph\">Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, a 14 de octubre de 2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico (Fiscal\u00eda CDMX) detuvo a Feliciano \u201cN\u201d, alias \u201cEl D\u00e1maso\u201d, identificado mediante informaci\u00f3n de inteligencia como uno de los presuntos l\u00edderes del grupo delictivo conocido como \u201cC\u00e1rtel de Tl\u00e1huac\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La detenci\u00f3n es resultado de una investigaci\u00f3n desarrollada durante varios meses por la Fiscal\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n de Asuntos Relevantes, en la que agentes realizaron labores de seguimiento y an\u00e1lisis de informaci\u00f3n que permitieron identificar distintos puntos de movilidad del probable integrante de esta organizaci\u00f3n criminal en las alcald\u00edas Tl\u00e1huac, Xochimilco y Milpa Alta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A partir de estos trabajos, los detectives lograron establecer su identidad y localizarlo este 13 de octubre en un centro comercial ubicado en la alcald\u00eda Tlalpan, donde fue detenido en flagrancia por su probable participaci\u00f3n en delitos contra la salud. Durante la intervenci\u00f3n se aseguraron vegetal verde con caracter\u00edsticas similares a la marihuana, una sustancia con caracter\u00edsticas similares a la coca\u00edna y dos tel\u00e9fonos celulares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acuerdo con informaci\u00f3n de inteligencia de la PDI, Feliciano \u201cN\u201d estar\u00eda relacionado con extorsiones a comerciantes, despojo de inmuebles y venta de narc\u00f3ticos en la alcald\u00eda Tl\u00e1huac y ser\u00eda segundo al mando del \u201cC\u00e1rtel de Tl\u00e1huac\u201d. Estas l\u00edneas de investigaci\u00f3n contin\u00faan abiertas para determinar su probable participaci\u00f3n en otros hechos delictivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El detenido y los indicios asegurados fueron puestos a disposici\u00f3n del Ministerio P\u00fablico, que determinar\u00e1 las acciones legales correspondientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Fiscal\u00eda CDMX hace un llamado a las personas que reconozcan a Feliciano \u201cN\u201d, alias \u201cEl D\u00e1maso\u201d, y hayan sido v\u00edctimas de alg\u00fan delito relacionado con \u00e9l, para que presenten su denuncia.
