{"id":21282,"date":"2026-07-08T08:40:29","date_gmt":"2026-07-08T14:40:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/home\/?p=21282"},"modified":"2026-07-08T08:40:30","modified_gmt":"2026-07-08T14:40:30","slug":"fiscalia-cdmx-y-fgem-aprehenden-al-ex-director-de-pemex-y-investigado-por-violencia-familiar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/home\/fiscalia-cdmx-y-fgem-aprehenden-al-ex-director-de-pemex-y-investigado-por-violencia-familiar\/","title":{"rendered":"Fiscal\u00eda CDMX y FGEM aprehenden al ex director de PEMEX y investigado por violencia familiar"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Visitas: 1<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>La investigaci\u00f3n se inici\u00f3 tras la denuncia presentada por la v\u00edctima por hechos ocurridos en marzo de 2026 en el estado de Morelos<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Juan Ignacio Corro&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right wp-block-paragraph\">Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, a 8 de julio de 2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico (Fiscal\u00eda CDMX), en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Morelos (FGEM), ejecut\u00f3 una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n contra V\u00edctor \u201cN\u201d, exfuncionario p\u00fablico del Gobierno federal, investigado por su probable participaci\u00f3n en hechos constitutivos de violencia familiar cometidos en agravio de su pareja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan las indagatorias, en marzo de 2026 la v\u00edctima se encontraba con el imputado en un domicilio ubicado en el estado de Morelos, donde la habr\u00eda agredido f\u00edsica y verbalmente tras una discusi\u00f3n. A partir de estos hechos, la FGEM estableci\u00f3 la probable participaci\u00f3n de V\u00edctor \u201cN\u201d y obtuvo una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en su contra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Derivado de trabajos de investigaci\u00f3n y coordinaci\u00f3n interinstitucional, agentes de la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n (PDI) de la Fiscal\u00eda CDMX, en colaboraci\u00f3n con elementos de la FGEM, localizaron al imputado en la colonia Narvarte, alcald\u00eda Benito Ju\u00e1rez, donde fue aprehendido. En las pr\u00f3ximas horas, V\u00edctor \u201cN\u201d enfrentar\u00e1 la audiencia inicial ante un juez de control de Morelos, en la que conocer\u00e1 a detalle los hechos de los que se presume responsable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Fiscal\u00eda CDMX y la FGEM continuar\u00e1n las diligencias relacionadas con los hechos denunciados dentro del \u00e1mbito de su competencia.
