line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span face=\"Arial, sans-serif\" style=\"color: #39393b;\">La Comisi\u00f3n de Patrimonio Estatal y Municipal del Congreso local autoriz\u00f3 al ayuntamiento de Tlalnepantla que preside el morenista Raciel P\u00e9rez desincorporar de su patrimonio y enajenar mediante subasta p\u00fablica el predio conocido como \u00b4Antiguo Tiradero Municipal\u00b4, para destinar esos recursos al pago de pasivos de un cr\u00e9dito contratado en administraciones anteriores con el Banco Nacional de Obras y Servicios P\u00fablicos, por un monto original de 460 millones de pesos (mdp).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span face=\"&quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif\" style=\"color: #39393b; mso-fareast-font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;; mso-fareast-language: ES-MX;\">La diputada Mar\u00eda Elizabeth Mill\u00e1n Mart\u00ednez (Morena), secretaria de la comisi\u00f3n, expuso que el predio ubicado a la altura del km 27 de la s\u00faper carretera M\u00e9xico-Quer\u00e9taro, en Barrientos, funcion\u00f3 como relleno sanitario de 1980 a 1990 y actualmente su conservaci\u00f3n y vigilancia es una carga para el municipio.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white; mso-fareast-font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;; mso-fareast-language: ES-MX;\">Durante la reuni\u00f3n, presidida por el diputado Marlon Mart\u00ednez Mart\u00ednez (PRI), el diputado Carlos Loman Delgado solicit\u00f3 mayor informaci\u00f3n sobre esta resoluci\u00f3n para contar con un punto de vista m\u00e1s informado y transparente, mientras que la diputada Brenda Escamilla S\u00e1mano (PAN) respald\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n, pues ante la pandemia y la crisis econ\u00f3mica, la poblaci\u00f3n de Tlalnepantla requiere el trabajo conjunto de sus representantes populares.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><b><span face=\"&quot;Arial&quot;,sans-serif\" style=\"color: #39393b; mso-fareast-font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;; mso-fareast-language: ES-MX;\">Tendr\u00e1 Tlalnepantla Centro Integral de Residuos<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span face=\"Arial, sans-serif\" style=\"color: #39393b;\">La Legislatura mexiquense, a trav\u00e9s de las Comisiones de Protecci\u00f3n Ambiental y Cambio Clim\u00e1tico y de Patrimonio Estatal y Municipal autorizaron que el ayuntamiento de Tlalnepantla concesione por 20 a\u00f1os el servicio p\u00fablico municipal de tratamiento y disposici\u00f3n final de residuos s\u00f3lidos urbanos, en el establecimiento que actualmente opera como relleno sanitario en San Pedro Barrientos, y su conversi\u00f3n a Centro Integral de Residuos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span face=\"Arial, sans-serif\" style=\"color: #39393b;\">De acuerdo con el dictamen, aprobado por unanimidad, el cabildo de Tlalnepantla acord\u00f3 en diciembre de 2019 que el concesionario se encargue de la rehabilitaci\u00f3n, saneamiento y clausura del establecimiento que opera como relleno sanitario y de su conversi\u00f3n a Centro Integral de Residuos, para lo cual deber\u00e1 prever el uso de tecnolog\u00edas en materia ambiental, as\u00ed como las medidas necesarias para evitar da\u00f1os al medio ambiente a la vida y salud de las personas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white;
