{"id":20370,"date":"2026-06-09T19:10:16","date_gmt":"2026-06-10T01:10:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/home\/?p=20370"},"modified":"2026-06-09T19:10:17","modified_gmt":"2026-06-10T01:10:17","slug":"fiscalia-cdmx-obtiene-vinculacion-a-proceso-contra-dos-hombres-investigados-por-extorsion-agravada","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/home\/fiscalia-cdmx-obtiene-vinculacion-a-proceso-contra-dos-hombres-investigados-por-extorsion-agravada\/","title":{"rendered":"Fiscal\u00eda CDMX obtiene vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso contra dos hombres investigados por extorsi\u00f3n agravada"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Visitas: 1<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>La investigaci\u00f3n permiti\u00f3 identificar a Juan \u201cN\u201d y Omar \u201cN\u201d como probables responsables de exigir pagos peri\u00f3dicos a un comerciante bajo amenazas<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>En cuatro d\u00edas, la Fiscal\u00eda CDMX reuni\u00f3 datos de prueba que permitieron obtener las \u00f3rdenes de aprehensi\u00f3n y lograr la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de ambos imputados<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Juan Ignacio Corro&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right wp-block-paragraph\">Ciudad de Estado de M\u00e9xico, a 9 de junio de 2026&nbsp;<em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico (Fiscal\u00eda CDMX) obtuvo la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de Juan \u201cN\u201d y Omar \u201cN\u201d por su probable participaci\u00f3n en el delito de extorsi\u00f3n agravada, por hechos ocurridos en la alcald\u00eda Iztapalapa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las indagatorias permitieron establecer que el 3 de junio de 2026, dos hombres se presentaron en el negocio de un comerciante, a quien presuntamente amenazaron con un arma de fuego y exigieron un cobro mensual en efectivo, bajo advertencia de causarle da\u00f1o a \u00e9l o a su familia en caso de negarse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al d\u00eda siguiente, tras realizar el primer pago, la v\u00edctima denunci\u00f3 los hechos ante la Fiscal\u00eda CDMX.
