La empresa Fitch Ratings elev\u00f3 la calificaci\u00f3n crediticia del Gobierno de Huixquilucancon perspectiva positiva, resultado del manejo responsable de las finanzas, la solidez en la recaudaci\u00f3n de ingresos propios, la reducci\u00f3n y pago de deuda, gobernanza y transparencia, entre otros factores<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\nJuan Ignacio Corro <\/p>\n\n\n\n

La empresa Fitch Ratings elev\u00f3, nuevamente, la calificaci\u00f3n crediticia del Gobierno de Huixquilucan, con perspectiva positiva, debido al manejo responsable de las finanzas, la solidez en la recaudaci\u00f3n de ingresos propios, el pago y reducci\u00f3n de deuda heredada de administraciones anteriores, la responsabilidad en los servicios p\u00fablicos, transparencia y gobernanza, entre otros factores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Con los resultados de esta nueva evaluaci\u00f3n, dada a conocer este 19 de mayo, suman once a\u00f1os consecutivos en que esta empresa eleva la calificaci\u00f3n crediticia de Huixquilucan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En su m\u00e1s reciente reporte, Fitch Ratings se\u00f1ala que subi\u00f3 la calificaci\u00f3n de Huixquilucan, debido a que este municipio est\u00e1 mejor posicionado financieramente frente a otras demarcaciones similares, lo cual est\u00e1 respaldado por una estructura destacada de ingresos y un control adecuado del gasto de 2022 a 2025; asimismo, considera la disminuci\u00f3n significativa de la contingencia financiera asociada al organismo de agua, luego de liquidar la deuda hist\u00f3rica con la Comisi\u00f3n del Agua del Estado de M\u00e9xico (CAEM)en el primer trimestre del presente a\u00f1o, lo que le permitir\u00e1 destinar recursos a otros programas y acciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Otro de los factores que se tomaron en cuenta es la solidez de sus ingresos, ya que durante dicho periodo las transferencias federales y la recaudaci\u00f3n por el impuesto predial promediaron 50 y 32 por ciento de los ingresos operativos, respectivamente; adem\u00e1s, entre 2021 y 2025, estos crecieron a una tasa media anual de 3.9 por ciento mayor que la del Producto Interno Bruto (PIB) nacional, que fue de 2.2 por ciento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cFitch considera s\u00f3lida la estructura de ingresos del municipio con un alto grado de autonom\u00eda, ya que sus ingresos propios representaron 48.3 por ciento de los ingresos totales entre 2021 y 2025\u201d, se\u00f1ala dicho informe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mientras que, en ese mismo lapso, la recaudaci\u00f3n del impuesto predial registr\u00f3 una tasa media anual de crecimiento de 5.3 por ciento, con la expectativa de que esta tendencia se mantenga durante los pr\u00f3ximos cinco a\u00f1os. Asimismo, los resultados apuntan hacia una mejora en el desempe\u00f1o recaudatorio, pues, a marzo de 2026 el impuesto predial registr\u00f3 un aumento de 13 por ciento y el traslado de dominio 14 por ciento, respecto al mismo periodo de 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La presidenta municipal, Romina Contreras, hizo referencia a esta elevaci\u00f3n crediticia por parte de Fitch Ratings, durante el recorrido de \u201cHuixquilucan Contigo 24\/7\u201d en las comunidades de El Laurel y Agua Blanca, y se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el adecuado manejo de las finanzas que se ha realizado en Huixquilucan durante los \u00faltimos once a\u00f1os, ha permitido que la evaluaci\u00f3n de distintas empresas se mantenga al alza. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cPor once a\u00f1os consecutivos Fitch Ratings ha elevado la calificaci\u00f3n de Huixquilucan, en este 2026 pasamos de AA-(mex) estable a AA(mex) con perspectiva positiva, lo que refleja el compromiso de mantener finanzas sanas y transparentes, lo que se refleja en mejores servicios para la poblaci\u00f3n\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A esta elevaci\u00f3n se suma la de la empresa HR Ratings, que en su informe Finanzas P\u00fablicas y Deuda Soberana, publicado el pasado 07 de mayo, ratific\u00f3 la calificaci\u00f3n crediticia del Gobierno de Huixquilucan, en HR AA+ con perspectiva estable, debido a su bajo nivel de endeudamiento, una elevada recaudaci\u00f3n de ingresos propios, as\u00ed como altos \u00edndices de transparencia financiera y gobernanza superior, entre otros factores, con lo que suma once a\u00f1os consecutivos con evaluaciones positivas y al alza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En su visita a estas comunidades, se brind\u00f3 atenci\u00f3n directa a la poblaci\u00f3n en rubros como servicios p\u00fablicos, ecolog\u00eda, desarrollo urbano e infraestructura, entre otros; y se realizaron trabajos de balizamiento en guarniciones, cebras de pasos peatonales, topes y bocacalles, as\u00ed como el retiro de tierra y piedras sobre calles principales, se sustituyeron luminarias y se entregaron rollos de malla electrosoldada y cemento. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
