Denuncian obra deficiente de m\u00e1s de 7.3 millones de pesos; adem\u00e1s alertan por desabasto de agua y abandono del Puente Polvor\u00edn<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\nJuan Ignacio Corro <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante un recorrido y encuentro con vecinos por el llamado \u201cPuente Soriana\u201d en la zona de Tepanquiahuac, integrantes del PAN Estado de M\u00e9xico denunciaron las malas condiciones en las que fue rehabilitada esta importante vialidad que conecta con los municipios de Zumpango y Huehuetoca, una obra a la que se destinaron alrededor de 7.3 millones de pesos y que hoy contin\u00faa generando inconformidad, accidentes y cuestionamientos por la falta de transparencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Vecinos se\u00f1alaron que en esta tercera rehabilitaci\u00f3n realizada por el gobierno municipal, los trabajos permanecieron detenidos durante m\u00e1s de cuatro meses y que pese al tiempo y al recurso invertido, el puente present\u00f3 baches desde el mismo d\u00eda de su apertura, motivo por el que hoy es conocido entre la ciudadan\u00eda como el \u201cBachipuente\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
De acuerdo con los testimonios recabados en la zona, m\u00e1s del 40 por ciento de la estructura presentaba da\u00f1os visibles aun despu\u00e9s de haber sido intervenida, mientras que hasta el momento no existe claridad sobre si la obra fue formalmente entregada o recibida por la administraci\u00f3n que encabeza el alcalde Luis Domingo Zenteno Santaella.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Los ciudadanos tambi\u00e9n cuestionaron que los trabajos presuntamente no fueron licitados y exigieron que se informe p\u00fablicamente qui\u00e9n ejecut\u00f3 la obra, bajo qu\u00e9 condiciones se contrat\u00f3 y cu\u00e1les ser\u00e1n las sanciones o garant\u00edas ante las fallas detectadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Asimismo, el regidor panista Jos\u00e9 del Toro, denunci\u00f3 que la mala condici\u00f3n del puente ya provoc\u00f3 al menos dos accidentes en los que resultaron lesionadas dos mujeres, una de ellas de la tercera edad, situaci\u00f3n que ha incrementado la preocupaci\u00f3n de automovilistas, transportistas y habitantes de la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En este contexto, el presidente del Comit\u00e9 Directivo Estatal del PAN en el Estado de M\u00e9xico, Anuar Azar Figueroa, mostr\u00f3 su respaldo y se\u00f1al\u00f3 que las familias mexiquenses merecen obras seguras, funcionales y transparentes, no trabajos improvisados que ponen en riesgo a la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cCuando una obra de m\u00e1s de 7 millones de pesos presenta fallas pr\u00e1cticamente desde el primer d\u00eda, la gente tiene derecho a exigir cuentas claras. Los ciudadanos merecen infraestructura de calidad y gobiernos que respondan con seriedad, no con excusas\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Por su parte la secretaria general, Leticia Zepeda, precis\u00f3 que el PAN Edomex continuar\u00e1 acompa\u00f1ando las demandas vecinales y exigiendo atenci\u00f3n inmediata a los problemas de movilidad, infraestructura y desabasto de agua que afectan diariamente a las familias de Teoloyucan y del estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cGobernar implica dar resultados y atender las necesidades reales de la gente. Hoy los vecinos est\u00e1n pidiendo algo muy sencillo: seguridad, agua y obras bien hechas. No se puede jugar con el dinero ni con la seguridad de las familias\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Durante la visita tambi\u00e9n se abord\u00f3 la problem\u00e1tica del Puente Polvor\u00edn, otro paso estrat\u00e9gico sobre las v\u00edas del tren que permanece cerrado desde hace m\u00e1s de 14 meses debido a su deterioro estructural. Vecinos advirtieron que el puente representa un riesgo para el transporte pesado y acusaron abandono y falta de coordinaci\u00f3n por parte de los distintos niveles de gobierno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Aunado a ello, habitantes de diversas colonias denunciaron el desabasto de agua potable que padecen desde hace meses, se\u00f1alando que existen zonas donde el suministro falla constantemente durante varios d\u00edas a la semana.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
