La nueva Ley de Protecci\u00f3n, Cuidado y Bienestar Animal del Estado de M\u00e9xico contempla la integraci\u00f3n de un Registro \u00danico de Animales de Compa\u00f1\u00eda para garantizar que est\u00e9n debidamente identificados, cuenten con Clave \u00danica de Registro y, con al menos, una persona responsable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La nueva disposici\u00f3n establece que la Comisi\u00f3n Estatal de Parques Naturales y de la Fauna (CEPANAF) ser\u00e1 la instancia encargada de integrar y actualizar dicho registro. Este funcionar\u00e1 como una base de datos oficial, de car\u00e1cter obligatorio y gratuito, para quienes adquieran o adopten animales de compa\u00f1\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La Clave \u00danica de Registro de Animal de Compa\u00f1\u00eda deber\u00e1 integrarse en la placa de identificaci\u00f3n obligatoria que portar\u00e1 el animal en su collar o arn\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El Registro deber\u00e1 se\u00f1alar historial m\u00e9dico y vacunaci\u00f3n actualizada, origen de la adquisici\u00f3n o donaci\u00f3n, domicilio y datos de la persona responsable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Para acceder a campa\u00f1as de vacunaci\u00f3n, esterilizaci\u00f3n y desparasitaci\u00f3n de forma gratuita, la persona responsable deber\u00e1 acreditar su inscripci\u00f3n en el Registro \u00danico de Animales de Compa\u00f1\u00eda; este tr\u00e1mite podr\u00e1 realizarse durante las campa\u00f1as oficiales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La nueva Ley de Protecci\u00f3n, Cuidado y Bienestar Animal del Estado de M\u00e9xico coloca a la entidad mexiquense a la vanguardia en la materia, al contemplar aspectos como el concepto de familia multiespecie, que reconoce a los animales de compa\u00f1\u00eda como parte del n\u00facleo familiar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tambi\u00e9n establece la obligaci\u00f3n de los particulares de proteger a los seres sintientes, garantizar su bienestar, darles auxilio y evitarles cualquier tipo de maltrato.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
