La Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico (Fiscal\u00eda CDMX), en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad y Protecci\u00f3n Ciudadana (SSPC), ejecut\u00f3 un cateo en la alcald\u00eda Gustavo A. Madero que permiti\u00f3 la detenci\u00f3n de Pablo \u201cN\u201d, identificado como probable l\u00edder de una c\u00e9lula delictiva dedicada al robo de veh\u00edculos en el Estado de M\u00e9xico y a la comercializaci\u00f3n de autopartes derivadas de estos il\u00edcitos, as\u00ed como de Samanta \u201cN\u201d y \u00c1ngel \u201cN\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
De acuerdo con las indagatorias, Pablo \u201cN\u201d \u2014quien cuenta con antecedentes por violaci\u00f3n a la Ley Federal de Armas de Fuego y Explosivos\u2014 operaba principalmente en el mercado 25 de Julio, en la colonia San Felipe de Jes\u00fas, donde se investiga su probable participaci\u00f3n en la coordinaci\u00f3n de actividades de distribuci\u00f3n y venta de piezas automotrices de origen il\u00edcito. Asimismo, se indaga la probable participaci\u00f3n de Samanta \u201cN\u201d en la administraci\u00f3n de recursos y de \u00c1ngel \u201cN\u201d en la operaci\u00f3n de la c\u00e9lula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Durante la diligencia, se aseguraron aproximadamente 50 toneladas de autopartes, entre ellas motores y diversos componentes vehiculares, posiblemente vinculados con carpetas de investigaci\u00f3n por robo de veh\u00edculo tanto en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico como en el Estado de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Las detenciones y el aseguramiento de las piezas representan una afectaci\u00f3n directa a la operaci\u00f3n y a la capacidad de comercializaci\u00f3n de esta c\u00e9lula delictiva en la zona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Las personas detenidas fueron puestas a disposici\u00f3n del agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Fiscal\u00eda CDMX: Pablo \u201cN\u201d, por su probable participaci\u00f3n en delitos relacionados con la comercializaci\u00f3n de autopartes de procedencia il\u00edcita y la portaci\u00f3n de arma de fuego; y Samanta \u201cN\u201d y \u00c1ngel \u201cN\u201d, por su probable participaci\u00f3n en delitos contra la salud y encubrimiento por receptaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
