Destac\u00f3 que el registro como fuerza pol\u00edtica demanda acreditar condiciones como respaldo ciudadano, realizaci\u00f3n de asambleas, afiliaci\u00f3n de personas militantes, entrega de documentos b\u00e1sicos y adecuada fiscalizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La autoridad electoral analiz\u00f3, con estricto apego jur\u00eddico, bajo un procedimiento amplio y cuidadoso con el auxilio de la Comisi\u00f3n Especial Dictaminadora de Partidos Pol\u00edticos el cumplimiento de las distintas etapas previstas en la normativa aplicable. A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que el acuerdo, por una parte, confirma el cumplimiento de los elementos esenciales para el registro y, por otra, identific\u00f3 omisiones en los documentos b\u00e1sicos susceptibles de subsanarse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El dictamen sobre el registro de Poder Mexiquense de Oportunidades Sociales, A.C. como partido pol\u00edtico local fue producto de un proceso de dos a\u00f1os, en el que se cumplieron todas las etapas previstas en la ley. Precis\u00f3 que la organizaci\u00f3n acredit\u00f3 los requisitos al realizar 98 asambleas v\u00e1lidas, reunir m\u00e1s de 44 mil afiliaciones y llevar a cabo su asamblea constitutiva conforme a la normativa aplicable.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El nuevo partido tiene un&nbsp;&nbsp;60 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles para corregir irregularidades, con el prop\u00f3sito de salvaguardar el derecho de asociaci\u00f3n, sin dejar de lado el cumplimiento normativo.
