{"id":18562,"date":"2026-04-22T17:26:57","date_gmt":"2026-04-22T23:26:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/home\/?p=18562"},"modified":"2026-04-22T17:26:58","modified_gmt":"2026-04-22T23:26:58","slug":"juan-jesus-n-es-acusado-formalmente-por-el-delito-de-feminicidio-de-edith-guadalupe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/home\/juan-jesus-n-es-acusado-formalmente-por-el-delito-de-feminicidio-de-edith-guadalupe\/","title":{"rendered":"Juan Jes\u00fas \u201cN\u201d es acusado formalmente por el delito de feminicidio de Edith Guadalupe"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Visitas: 6<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>El vigilante ten\u00eda control total del acceso al edificio, incluyendo la puerta principal, el estacionamiento, as\u00ed como del sistema de videovigilancia<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Se localizaron indicios de sangre en diversas \u00e1reas de la caseta de vigilancia, particularmente en el tapanco y la escalera interna, as\u00ed como evidencia de intentos de limpieza<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Juan Ignacio Corro&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\">Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, a 22 de abril de 2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico (Fiscal\u00eda CDMX) obtuvo la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de Juan Jes\u00fas \u201cN\u201d por el delito de feminicidio en agravio de la joven de 21 a\u00f1os, Edith Guadalupe, ocurrido el 15 de abril de 2026 en un inmueble de la alcald\u00eda Benito Ju\u00e1rez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego de la denuncia presentada durante la madrugada del 16 de abril, la instituci\u00f3n reuni\u00f3 datos de prueba que sustentaron la imputaci\u00f3n en contra de Juan Jes\u00fas \u201cN\u201d, quien se desempe\u00f1aba como vigilante del edificio al que ingres\u00f3 la v\u00edctima el d\u00eda de los hechos, donde habr\u00eda sido agredida con un objeto punzocortante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con la investigaci\u00f3n, como parte de sus funciones, el vigilante ten\u00eda control total del acceso al edificio, incluyendo la puerta principal, el estacionamiento, as\u00ed como del sistema de videovigilancia, el cual fue desconectado entre las 16:23 y las 17:44 horas del 15 de abril, periodo en el que se estableci\u00f3 que ocurri\u00f3 la agresi\u00f3n, as\u00ed como en tres momentos adicionales durante la madrugada del 16 de abril.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se localizaron indicios de sangre en diversas \u00e1reas de la caseta de vigilancia, particularmente en el tapanco y la escalera interna, as\u00ed como evidencia de intentos de limpieza. Tambi\u00e9n se encontraron pertenencias de la v\u00edctima en distintos puntos del inmueble, incluida su cartera en el ba\u00f1o de la caseta, y su tel\u00e9fono celular oculto en instalaciones del edificio.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, se asegur\u00f3 un desarmador compatible con las lesiones punzocortantes que causaron la muerte de la v\u00edctima y se identificaron prendas de vestir de hombre con manchas hem\u00e1ticas, lo que refuerza la hip\u00f3tesis de manipulaci\u00f3n posterior a los hechos. El imputado presentaba lesiones acordes con la din\u00e1mica de la agresi\u00f3n, conforme al certificado m\u00e9dico correspondiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras la aprehensi\u00f3n de Juan Jes\u00fas \u201cN\u201d el pasado 17 de abril, en audiencia celebrada este mi\u00e9rcoles 22 de abril, el agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico formul\u00f3 imputaci\u00f3n y obtuvo su vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso por el delito de feminicidio, con base en los datos de prueba presentados.
