{"id":18060,"date":"2026-04-08T18:02:41","date_gmt":"2026-04-09T00:02:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/home\/?p=18060"},"modified":"2026-04-08T18:02:42","modified_gmt":"2026-04-09T00:02:42","slug":"a-la-carcel-policia-de-ecatepec-por-secuestro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/home\/a-la-carcel-policia-de-ecatepec-por-secuestro\/","title":{"rendered":"A la c\u00e1rcel polic\u00eda de Ecatepec por secuestro"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Este es el tercer elemento involucrado en hechos ocurridos en 2025<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Juan Ignacio Corro&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\"><em>Naucalpan, Estado de M\u00e9xico, a 8 de abril de 2026<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elementos de la Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de M\u00e9xico dieron cumplimiento a una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en contra de Juan \u201cN\u201d, quien se desempe\u00f1aba como polic\u00eda municipal de Ecatepec y es investigado por su probable participaci\u00f3n en el delito de secuestro, en agravio de dos v\u00edctimas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo a la investigaci\u00f3n iniciada por esta Fiscal\u00eda, fue posible determinar que el 6 de noviembre de 2025, las v\u00edctimas circulaban en su autom\u00f3vil por calles de la colonia Valle de An\u00e1huac, en el municipio de Ecatepec, momento en que una patrulla de la Polic\u00eda Municipal les cierra el paso oblig\u00e1ndolas a detener su marcha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De dicho veh\u00edculo oficial descienden tres polic\u00edas municipales, quienes, sin un motivo aparente, obligan a las v\u00edctimas a bajar de su unidad para subirlas a la patrulla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ya a bordo de la unidad oficial, comienzan a circular por varias calles de la zona momento en que uno de los polic\u00edas municipales les dice que tienen que entregarles la cantidad de 60 mil pesos para dejarlos en libertad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante el temor de sufrir represalias, las v\u00edctimas solicitan a un familiar haga un dep\u00f3sito de dinero a una cuenta bancaria, en tanto que la otra parte les ser\u00eda entregada en efectivo en un lugar determinado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al llegar al sitio acordado para el pago del dinero, el familiar de las v\u00edctimas hizo contacto con dos masculinos de nombres Brayan Avelino \u201cN\u201d y Tom\u00e1s \u201cN\u201d quienes tambi\u00e9n se desempe\u00f1aban como polic\u00edas municipales, mismos que viajaban en un auto con crom\u00e1tica de taxi, mismos que son detenidos por polic\u00edas que hab\u00edan sido alertados sobre estos hechos, en tanto que Juan \u201cN\u201d, escap\u00f3 del lugar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con el avance en las investigaciones, esta Fiscal\u00eda pudo identificar y acreditar ante una Autoridad Judicial la posible participaci\u00f3n de Juan \u201cN\u201d en este il\u00edcito, por lo que solicit\u00f3 y obtuvo la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n correspondiente en su contra, misma que fue cumplimentada por elementos de esta Fiscal\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez detenido, Juan \u201cN\u201d fue ingresado al Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserci\u00f3n Social de la zona, a disposici\u00f3n del \u00d3rgano Jurisdiccional quien determinar\u00e1 su situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica.
