{"id":17928,"date":"2026-04-03T12:33:06","date_gmt":"2026-04-03T18:33:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/home\/?p=17928"},"modified":"2026-04-03T12:33:07","modified_gmt":"2026-04-03T18:33:07","slug":"orden-de-aprehension-en-contra-de-dos-sujetos-por-el-feminicidio-de-la-defensora-de-animales-diana-belen-garcia-en-tultitlan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/home\/orden-de-aprehension-en-contra-de-dos-sujetos-por-el-feminicidio-de-la-defensora-de-animales-diana-belen-garcia-en-tultitlan\/","title":{"rendered":"Orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en contra de dos sujetos por el feminicidio de la defensora de animales Diana Bel\u00e9n Garc\u00eda, en Tultitl\u00e1n"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Ambos detenidos tambi\u00e9n son investigados por su probable participaci\u00f3n en venta de estupefacientes<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Juan Ignacio Corro&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\"><em>Naucalpan, Estado de M\u00e9xico, a 3 de abril de 2026<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia de Estado de M\u00e9xico dio a conocer la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en contra de Octavio Enrique \u201cN\u201d y Diego Armando \u201cN\u201d, por su probable participaci\u00f3n en el delito de feminicidio en agravio de Diana Bel\u00e9n Garc\u00eda Alfaro, rescatista y defensora de animales,&nbsp;localizada sin vida el pasado 18 de marzo, en el municipio de Tultitl\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con las investigaciones iniciadas por el Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico, la v\u00edctima fue reportada como desaparecida el 20 de marzo del a\u00f1o en curso, sin embargo, dos d\u00edas antes su cuerpo fue hallado en calles del municipio de Tultitl\u00e1n, en calidad de desconocida y a trav\u00e9s de pruebas periciales se logr\u00f3 identificar correspondencia con una femenina reportada el 19 de marzo como desaparecida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo a las indagatorias iniciadas por la Fiscal\u00eda, se pudo determinar que la v\u00edctima se encontraba al interior de un domicilio ubicado en la colonia Sierra de Guadalupe en el municipio de Tultitl\u00e1n, en compa\u00f1\u00eda de su pareja sentimental Octavio Enrique \u201cN\u201d y de otro sujeto identificado como Diego Armando \u201cN\u201d, momento en que los investigados comenzaron a agredir f\u00edsicamente a la mujer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despu\u00e9s Octavio Enrique \u201cN\u201d y Diego Armando \u201cN\u201d, la trasladaron a otro inmueble ubicado en la calle ampliaci\u00f3n San Marcos, en la misma demarcaci\u00f3n, sitio en donde le dispararon con arma de fuego lo que ocasiona su muerte, posteriormente abandonan el cuerpo en la v\u00eda p\u00fablica y los investigados huyen del lugar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez que tom\u00f3 conocimiento de estos hechos, el Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico inici\u00f3 la investigaci\u00f3n que permiti\u00f3 ubicar a&nbsp;&nbsp;Octavio Enrique \u201cN\u201d y Diego Armando \u201cN\u201d, en la regi\u00f3n de Huehuetoca&nbsp;&nbsp;donde fueron detenidos por delito diverso y posteriormente les fue cumplimentada&nbsp;&nbsp;orden de aprehensi\u00f3n por el delito de feminicidio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los detenidos fueron ingresados al Centro Penitenciario y de Readaptaci\u00f3n Social de la zona, a disposici\u00f3n de la Autoridad Judicial quien determinar\u00e1 su situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica.
