mso-fareast-language: ES-MX;\">En posesi\u00f3n de 57 dosis de vacunas rusas Sputnik V de manera injustificada fue identificado un servidor p\u00fablico de la Secretaria de Salud del Estado de M\u00e9xico en Teotihuac\u00e1n, en raz\u00f3n de ello el \u00d3rgano Interno de Control del ISEM inici\u00f3 el procedimiento de investigaci\u00f3n para el cese inmediato del empleado.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">A trav\u00e9s de la Guardia Nacional y los Servidores de la Naci\u00f3n, se llev\u00f3 a cabo la identificaci\u00f3n del trabajador de la Jurisdicci\u00f3n Sanitaria de Teotihuac\u00e1n del Instituto de Salud del Estado de M\u00e9xico (ISEM), por llevar a cabo un inadecuado manejo operativo del biol\u00f3gico, ya que su conservaci\u00f3n requiere de una cadena de fr\u00edo que asegure una temperatura de congelaci\u00f3n de menos 18 grados Celsius (-18\u00b0C) o menor para todas las etapas de almacenamiento y transporte desde el momento de la producci\u00f3n y hasta el momento de su uso.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white; font-size: 12pt;\">La dependencia precisa que, una vez descongelada la vacuna, las dosis correspondientes deben ser administradas en un plazo m\u00e1ximo de dos horas luego de su descongelaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Se inform\u00f3 del inicio del expediente OIC\/INVESTIGACION\/ISEM\/OF\/097\/2021, con fecha 26 de octubre y se gir\u00f3 el oficio 208C0101010200S\/03621\/2021, por el que se solicit\u00f3 al Jefe de la Jurisdicci\u00f3n Sanitaria Teotihuac\u00e1n, informaci\u00f3n relacionada con los hechos descritos, presuntamente constitutivos de falta administrativa para cesar definitivamente al trabajador, suspender sus derechos laborales y, en su caso, atribuir las responsabilidades por falta de probidad y honradez.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">De igual manera, se\u00f1ala que el expediente se encuentra en proceso de investigaci\u00f3n, a fin de recabar los datos de prueba necesarios y estar en posibilidad de determinar la existencia de alguna falta administrativa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">En tanto, la dependencia puntualiza que la Unidad Jur\u00eddica Consultiva del ISEM inici\u00f3 el expediente 069\/2021, con el objetivo de determinar la sanci\u00f3n que proceda de acuerdo con el resultado de las investigaciones que al respecto se llevan a cabo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Se mantiene estrecha coordinaci\u00f3n entre los tres niveles de gobierno, toda vez que no se tolerar\u00e1 ni se permitir\u00e1 ning\u00fan hecho que vaya en contra y en detrimento de las normas y lineamientos emitidos por las autoridades federales, en concordancia con la Pol\u00edtica Nacional de Vacunaci\u00f3n contra el Virus SARS-CoV-2 para la prevenci\u00f3n del COVID-19 en M\u00e9xico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
