Refuerza acciones para prevenir y atender incendios forestales<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n

El Consejo Municipal de Protecci\u00f3n Civil de Ecatepec aprob\u00f3 el Programa para la temporada de calor y la integraci\u00f3n del Subcomit\u00e9 municipal de manejo del fuego, el primero de ellos que contempla acciones para prevenir y atender riesgos, as\u00ed como garantizar la seguridad de la poblaci\u00f3n, sobre todo por incendios forestales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A su vez, Faustino de la Cruz P\u00e9rez, secretario del Ayuntamiento, alert\u00f3 que se espera una \u00e9poca de intenso calor, por lo que tiraderos y empresas clandestinas constituyen puntos de riesgo, pues no cumplen las normas de seguridad en la materia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
En mensaje dirigido a la poblaci\u00f3n, detall\u00f3 que la alcaldesa Azucena Cisneros Coss pidi\u00f3 reforzar las medidas para prevenir siniestros que pudieran poner en riesgo a la comunidad; record\u00f3 que en 2025 Ecatepec registr\u00f3 71 incendios en basureros clandestinos y cinco en empresas tambi\u00e9n irregulares, sofocados oportunamente por elementos de Protecci\u00f3n Civil y Bombero, a veces con apoyo de otras corporaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En la primera sesi\u00f3n ordinaria de 2026 del Consejo Municipal de Protecci\u00f3n Civil, Juan Jes\u00fas Clara Gonz\u00e1lez, director de Protecci\u00f3n Civil y Bomberos de Ecatepec, destac\u00f3 que durante la temporada de calor el municipio enfrenta condiciones ambientales cr\u00edticas, particularmente en la Sierra de Guadalupe, afectada de manera recurrente por incendios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Edgar Guti\u00e9rrez, subdirector operativo de Protecci\u00f3n Civil y Bomberos, inform\u00f3 que el a\u00f1o pasado se registraron en Ecatepec 595 incendios forestales, en tanto que en enero y febrero de este a\u00f1o suman 216.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dijo que los incendios forestales afectan principalmente pastizales y matorrales en cerros, barrancas y ca\u00f1adas, sobre todo de la Sierra de Guadalupe y colonias colindantes, como Lomas de Tepeolulco, Tablas del Pozo y Hank Gonz\u00e1lez, entre otras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Expres\u00f3 que la intervenci\u00f3n oportuna y coordinada de Protecci\u00f3n Civil y Bomberos, con apoyo de corporaciones de otros municipios e incluso de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, as\u00ed como de la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional Forestal, evit\u00f3 da\u00f1os a viviendas y a la poblaci\u00f3n, pero \u201cestos esfuerzos reactivos deben fortalecerse mediante acciones preventivas m\u00e1s s\u00f3lidas y permanentes\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Agreg\u00f3: \u201ces importante se\u00f1alar que parte significativa de estos incendios tiene su origen en actividades humanas evitables, como la quema de basura, las quemas irregulares y la falta de conciencia sobre el manejo responsable del entorno natural. Por ello, el objetivo central de esta sesi\u00f3n es reforzar las estrategias de mitigaci\u00f3n del estiaje, priorizando la prevenci\u00f3n, la vigilancia continua, la denuncia oportuna y la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Los integrantes del citado Consejo igualmente aprobaron la integraci\u00f3n del Subcomit\u00e9 municipal de manejo del fuego, que es una brigada de prevenci\u00f3n y manejo de incendios forestales, as\u00ed como de gesti\u00f3n para capacitaci\u00f3n al respecto, en coordinaci\u00f3n con instancias estatales y federales; tambi\u00e9n se rindi\u00f3 un informe sobre zonas de riesgo en Ecatepec.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
