garantizando una adecuada transmisi\u00f3n de sus bienes.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Juan Ignacio Corro&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\">Atizap\u00e1n, Estado de M\u00e9xico, a 6 de marzo&nbsp;de 202<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con el objetivo de brindar certeza jur\u00eddica a los atizapenses sobre su patrimonio y as\u00ed contribuir a la prevenci\u00f3n de conflictos familiares, el Presidente Municipal, Pedro Rodr\u00edguez Villegas, promueve el Programa Permanente de Testamentos P\u00fablicos, iniciativa que ha permitido que miles de atizapenses accedan a este tr\u00e1mite legal a bajo costo, garantizando una adecuada transmisi\u00f3n de sus bienes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para tal fin, la Direcci\u00f3n Jur\u00eddica y Consultiva brinda orientaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica y acompa\u00f1amiento administrativo a las y los atizapenses que desean realizar su testamento por un costo accesible de 850 pesos, muy por debajo del que se ofrece de manera directa en las Notar\u00edas P\u00fablicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dicha asesor\u00eda y tr\u00e1mite se puede realizar de lunes a viernes, en las oficinas de la referida dependencia municipal, en un horario de 9:00 a 18:00 horas, durante todo el a\u00f1o, en d\u00edas h\u00e1biles.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las personas interesadas deber\u00e1n presentar copia de los siguientes documentos: acta de nacimiento, CURP, credencial para votar (INE), acta de matrimonio y defunci\u00f3n, en caso de aplicar, y testamento anterior, si existiera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, se solicita que si la persona interesada no sabe leer ni escribir, acuda acompa\u00f1ada de dos testigos, que no sean familiares directos ni indirectos, quienes deber\u00e1n presentar copia de su credencial para votar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con este programa permanente, el Gobierno de Atizap\u00e1n de Zaragoza refrenda su compromiso de facilitar el acceso a servicios legales que brinden seguridad y tranquilidad a las familias del municipio,
