a19 de febrero de 2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos del Estado de M\u00e9xico (CODHEM) inform\u00f3 que, de las 600 quejas recibidas en 2025 contra el sector educativo, 59 estuvieron relacionadas con presuntos casos de acoso escolar, lo que representa aproximadamente el 9.8% del total de inconformidades en dicho sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los principales motivos se\u00f1alados fueron: vulneraci\u00f3n al Derecho a la educaci\u00f3n, particularmente al Derecho a una educaci\u00f3n libre de violencia (43 casos); al Derecho a recibir educaci\u00f3n en igualdad de trato y condiciones (7 casos); y al Derecho a la adecuada supervisi\u00f3n de la educaci\u00f3n impartida por particulares (2 casos).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En lo que va de 2026, se han radicado tres quejas por presunto acoso escolar, todas relacionadas con la posible vulneraci\u00f3n al Derecho a una educaci\u00f3n libre de violencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El acoso escolar es un comportamiento agresivo, intencional y reiterado que se desarrolla entre pares en el \u00e1mbito educativo, caracterizado por un desequilibrio de poder real o percibido, y vulnera derechos reconocidos en la Constituci\u00f3n y en la Ley General de los Derechos de Ni\u00f1as, Ni\u00f1os y Adolescentes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este fen\u00f3meno no se limita al contacto f\u00edsico, sino que puede manifestarse mediante maltrato verbal, exclusi\u00f3n, discriminaci\u00f3n, amenazas, hostigamiento y ciberacoso a trav\u00e9s de plataformas digitales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con encuestas nacionales recientes del INEGI sobre violencia y convivencia escolar, alrededor del 28% de estudiantes adolescentes han reportado haber experimentado alguna forma de violencia o acoso en el entorno escolar en el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, organismos internacionales como la Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud han se\u00f1alado que el acoso escolar se asocia con un mayor riesgo de afectaciones a la salud mental, incluyendo ansiedad, depresi\u00f3n e ideaci\u00f3n suicida, lo que subraya la necesidad de intervenir de manera oportuna y preventiva.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las consecuencias pueden generar impactos significativos en el bienestar emocional y acad\u00e9mico si no se atienden de forma temprana, afectando la autoestima, la convivencia y la permanencia escolar.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con las gu\u00edas vigentes de la Secretar\u00eda de Educaci\u00f3n, Ciencia, Tecnolog\u00eda e Innovaci\u00f3n del Estado de M\u00e9xico y organismos como UNICEF, las acciones clave incluyen la capacitaci\u00f3n del personal docente para la detecci\u00f3n temprana de se\u00f1ales de alerta, la implementaci\u00f3n de mecanismos de denuncia confidenciales y el fortalecimiento de la comunicaci\u00f3n con las familias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el \u00e1mbito de sus atribuciones, la CODHEM realiza acciones permanentes de prevenci\u00f3n, capacitaci\u00f3n y supervisi\u00f3n, y puede emitir medidas precautorias o recomendaciones cuando advierte posibles omisiones o actuaciones que vulneren&nbsp;&nbsp;derechos humanos en entornos escolares.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En lo que va del a\u00f1o se han llevado a cabo 66 acciones de capacitaci\u00f3n dirigidas al sector educativo, beneficiando a 3,141 personas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La CODHEM reitera su compromiso con la construcci\u00f3n de una cultura de paz y prevenci\u00f3n integral de la violencia escolar, promoviendo entornos seguros desde un enfoque de derechos humanos, perspectiva de g\u00e9nero e interseccionalidad, reconociendo que ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes pueden enfrentar situaciones diferenciadas de vulnerabilidad por razones de g\u00e9nero, discapacidad, origen \u00e9tnico u otras condiciones.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La prevenci\u00f3n del acoso escolar es una responsabilidad compartida entre autoridades educativas, familias y comunidad escolar.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Comisi\u00f3n continuar\u00e1 fortaleciendo acciones de orientaci\u00f3n, acompa\u00f1amiento y supervisi\u00f3n para que las escuelas sean espacios protectores de
