A trav\u00e9s de la amenaza, el chantaje y la presi\u00f3n Germ\u00e1n Rufino Contreras, \u2014t\u00edo del exalcalde Fernando Vilchis y l\u00edder de la Uni\u00f3n Popular Revolucionaria Emiliano Zapata L\u00ednea de Masas (UPREZ LM)\u2014 busca que el Gobierno de Ecatepec cumpla con sus caprichos y se niega a sentarse a dialogar y establecer acuerdos con las autoridades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Hoy, en compa\u00f1\u00eda de un grupo de seguidores se present\u00f3 ante la presidencia municipal donde se neg\u00f3 hablar con la directora de Gobierno Araceli Cano Carrillo, con quien ha sostenido diversas reuniones en mesas de di\u00e1logo previas; asimismo anunciaron una serie de movilizaciones en Ecatepec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Los incondicionales de Germ\u00e1n, entre los que se encuentran recolectores de desechos, pretenden seguir utilizando un terreno que se localiza en la colonia La Monera como tiradero clandestino de basura, pese a la inconformidad de los vecinos, ya que es un foco de infecci\u00f3n que pone en riesgo su salud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Por lo anterior, el gobierno municipal los ha convocado a ser corresponsables y cumplir con la Ley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sin embargo, Germ\u00e1n Rufino Contreras se niega a que sus seguidores se regularicen y busca que sigan trabajando en la impunidad.
