Al cierre de enero, el gobierno de Atizap\u00e1n logr\u00f3 un incremento del 15.52% en la recaudaci\u00f3n del impuesto predial, en comparaci\u00f3n con el mismo periodo del 2025, al registrar el cumplimiento de 78,136 contribuyentes que cumplieron con el pago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
En el mismo mes del 2025, 67,637 atizapenses cumplieron con esta obligaci\u00f3n, es decir, en este a\u00f1o 10,499 due\u00f1os de predios se sumaron a las campa\u00f1as de beneficio fiscal en el pago del impuesto predial, derivado de la confianza que los ciudadanos han depositado en el Gobierno que encabeza el Presidente Municipal, Pedro Rodr\u00edguez Villegas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En un comunicado, el gobierno de Atizap\u00e1n argumenta que ese incremento refleja la disposici\u00f3n ciudadana para cumplir con este pago, conscientes de que los recursos recaudados se traducir\u00e1n en obras y beneficios reales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Del total de contribuyentes cumplidos durante el primer mes del a\u00f1o, 35,966 fueron adultos mayores, es decir el 46%, sector que se caracteriza por cumplir en tiempo y forma con sus obligaciones fiscales, esto tras constatar que sus aportaciones se traducen en pavimentaci\u00f3n de calles, mejores servicios p\u00fablicos y accesibilidad urbana, as\u00ed como espacios comunitarios dignos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Estos resultados, sostiene, son parte de una estrategia integral de la diversificaci\u00f3n de los m\u00e9todos de pago que ofrece la Tesorer\u00eda Municipal, entre los que destaca el uso de un chatbot, herramienta que posiciona a Atizap\u00e1n de Zaragoza en el onceavo lugar a nivel nacional en el uso de chatbots de atenci\u00f3n ciudadana; adem\u00e1s de los kioscos digitales, el pago en l\u00ednea, las transferencias bancarias y dos unidades m\u00f3viles de cobro en distintas zonas del municipio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El aumento en la recaudaci\u00f3n y en el n\u00famero de ciudadanos cumplidos confirma que cuando los gobiernos brindan herramientas accesibles y ejercen sus funciones de manera eficiente y transparente, la ciudadan\u00eda responde con mayor participaci\u00f3n y confianza, fortaleciendo as\u00ed el v\u00ednculo entre autoridades y comunidad, se\u00f1ala el gobierno local.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
