El Presidente Municipal, Pedro Rodr\u00edguez Villegas, promulg\u00f3 el Bando Municipal 2026, documento que este a\u00f1o evolucion\u00f3 para responder a los desaf\u00edos del presente, integrando cinco pilares que definen la visi\u00f3n del actual gobierno: cuidado del agua, inclusi\u00f3n y dignidad humana, bienestar animal, acceso a una vida libre de violencia, as\u00ed como modernizaci\u00f3n y mejora regulatoria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
En el evento de conmemoraci\u00f3n del 109 Aniversario de la Constituci\u00f3n de 1917, Pedro Rodr\u00edguez destac\u00f3 que el Bando Municipal no es un hecho aislado, sino la consolidaci\u00f3n de un modelo de gobernanza que ha trascendido durante los tres periodos de gobierno que ha encabezado. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Acompa\u00f1ado por los integrantes del Cuerpo Edilicio, la Presidenta Honoraria del Sistema Municipal DIF, Paty Ar\u00e9valo; el Secretario del Ayuntamiento, Edmundo Ranero Barrera, as\u00ed como directores de la Administraci\u00f3n, el Alcalde destac\u00f3 que este a\u00f1o se elev\u00f3 a rango de prioridad el cuidado del agua, estableciendo una corresponsabilidad clara: la autoridad garantiza la gesti\u00f3n y la ciudadan\u00eda asume la conciencia, cuidado y su consumo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Respecto a la inclusi\u00f3n y dignidad humana, se fortalecen los mecanismos de atenci\u00f3n para las personas adultas mayores y personas con discapacidad, no solo con asistencia sino con un derecho pleno a la vida digna y accesible; asimismo, para este 2026, el Bando Municipal reafirma la pol\u00edtica de tolerancia cero, al ser un instrumento firme para la prevenci\u00f3n y erradicaci\u00f3n de la violencia, especialmente contra las mujeres, consolidando espacios seguros para las atizapenses. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Pedro Rodr\u00edguez a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que en relaci\u00f3n al bienestar animal, se da respuesta a una sentida demanda social, por lo que la tenencia responsable de las mascotas deja de ser sugerencia para convertirse en un deber jur\u00eddico, sancionando el descuido y fomentando el respeto a los seres sintientes. Finalmente, en este documento se impulsa la modernizaci\u00f3n y mejora regulatoria en armon\u00eda con la Ley Nacional para Eliminar Tr\u00e1mites Burocr\u00e1ticos, apostando a la tecnolog\u00eda para que el gobierno sea facilitador y no un obst\u00e1culo de la inversi\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
El Bando Municipal que regula la relaci\u00f3n entre la autoridad y la ciudadan\u00eda, garantizando una convivencia arm\u00f3nica y respetuosa, fue promulgado en el Patio Central del Palacio Municipal y tambi\u00e9n en sitios emblem\u00e1ticos de este municipio, como lo son: el pueblo de Calacoaya, la Cabecera Municipal y en San Mateo Tecoloapan.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
