{"id":14908,"date":"2026-01-15T16:46:46","date_gmt":"2026-01-15T22:46:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/home\/?p=14908"},"modified":"2026-01-15T19:14:27","modified_gmt":"2026-01-16T01:14:27","slug":"derehos-humanos-del-edomex-fortalecio-mecanismos-de-atencion-y-resolucion-de-quejas-duranate-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/home\/derehos-humanos-del-edomex-fortalecio-mecanismos-de-atencion-y-resolucion-de-quejas-duranate-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"Derechos Humanos del Edomex fortaleci\u00f3 mecanismos de atenci\u00f3n y resoluci\u00f3n de quejas durante 2025\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Juan Ignacio Corro&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\">Toluca, Estado de M\u00e9xico, a 15 de enero de 2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos del Estado de M\u00e9xico (CODHEM) inform\u00f3 que el balance del ejercicio anual 2025, derivado de la atenci\u00f3n prioritaria a la ciudadan\u00eda lo que permiti\u00f3 gestionar de manera oportuna m\u00e1s de 5 mil 141 expedientes de queja, lo que representa un compromiso renovado con la protecci\u00f3n de la integridad de las y los mexiquenses, en los 125 municipios de la entidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De las quejas recibidas durante el a\u00f1o pasado m\u00e1s de 170 se resolvieron a trav\u00e9s del mecanismo de mediaci\u00f3n y conciliaci\u00f3n, permitiendo una restituci\u00f3n inmediata de derechos sin necesidad de procesos prolongados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, la CODHEM intensific\u00f3 sus visitas de supervisi\u00f3n y programas de capacitaci\u00f3n para personas servidoras p\u00fablicas de sectores con mayor incidencia de se\u00f1alamientos como el \u00e1mbito de la seguridad p\u00fablica, la salud y la educaci\u00f3n, logrando una reducci\u00f3n en la incidencia de quejas hacia autoridades municipales, respecto a 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De igual manera durante el 2025 se brindaron m\u00e1s de 17 mil servicios, consistentes en orientaci\u00f3n, solicitud de medidas cautelares, gesti\u00f3n y mediaci\u00f3n, entre otros.
