{"id":14775,"date":"2026-01-12T15:20:48","date_gmt":"2026-01-12T21:20:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/home\/?p=14775"},"modified":"2026-01-12T15:20:50","modified_gmt":"2026-01-12T21:20:50","slug":"aprueba-congreso-creacion-de-unidad-medica-del-imss-en-chalco","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/home\/aprueba-congreso-creacion-de-unidad-medica-del-imss-en-chalco\/","title":{"rendered":"Aprueba Congreso creaci\u00f3n de unidad m\u00e9dica del IMSS en Chalco"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Congresistas autorizaron la donaci\u00f3n de un inmueble para construir una unidad m\u00e9dica del Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS).<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>De acuerdo con la iniciativa de la gobernadora Delfina G\u00f3mez \u00c1lvarez, ah\u00ed se brindar\u00e1 atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica integral y preventiva en el primer nivel; se prestar\u00e1n diferentes servicios m\u00e9dicos y se entregar\u00e1n medicamentos.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Juan Ignacio Corro<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\">Chalco, Estado de M\u00e9xico a 12 de enero del 2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para fortalecer la atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica en la zona oriente de la entidad, la Diputaci\u00f3n Permanente de la LXII Legislatura mexiquense autoriz\u00f3 al Ayuntamiento de Chalco la donaci\u00f3n de un inmueble con una superficie de 15 mil 734.27 metros cuadrados a favor del Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS), para la construcci\u00f3n de una unidad m\u00e9dica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft size-medium\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" src=\"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/WhatsApp-Image-2026-01-12-at-15.03.21-300x200.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-14776\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/WhatsApp-Image-2026-01-12-at-15.03.21-300x200.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/WhatsApp-Image-2026-01-12-at-15.03.21-1024x682.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/WhatsApp-Image-2026-01-12-at-15.03.21-768x512.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/WhatsApp-Image-2026-01-12-at-15.03.21.jpeg 1280w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con la iniciativa de la gobernadora Delfina G\u00f3mez \u00c1lvarez, a la cual dio lectura la diputada Jennifer Nathalie Gonz\u00e1lez L\u00f3pez (morena), en esta unidad se brindar\u00e1 atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica integral y preventiva en el primer nivel y, se prestar\u00e1n servicios como: consultas generales, control de enfermedades cr\u00f3nicas, atenci\u00f3n materno-infantil, salud mental, salud reproductiva, odontolog\u00eda, vacunaci\u00f3n y ex\u00e1menes de laboratorio, as\u00ed como la entrega de medicamentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este documento establece que la donaci\u00f3n estar\u00e1 condicionada a que no se modifique su uso y destino; de lo contrario, el inmueble se revertir\u00e1 al patrimonio municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El texto se\u00f1ala que los dict\u00e1menes de factibilidad concluyeron que el predio es apto para el desarrollo de una unidad m\u00e9dica, al contar con infraestructura y servicios consolidados, condiciones topogr\u00e1ficas y geot\u00e9cnicas favorables, as\u00ed como un uso de suelo compatible con el giro hospitalario.
