El juzgado orden\u00f3 entregar el predio a la&nbsp;Fundaci\u00f3n Antonio Haghenbeck y de la Lama, se\u00f1alada como la propietaria legal. El refugio sostiene que existe un&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/aristeguinoticias.com\/070126\/mexico\/refugio-franciscano-senala-al-gobcdmx-de-no-respetar-fallo-judicial-a-favor-del-albergue\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">fallo judicial a su favor<\/a>&nbsp;que no ha sido respetado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignright size-medium\"><img abogado del refugio ha denunciado que el fondo real del desalojo es el inter\u00e9s por desarrollar un proyecto inmobiliario en la zona de Santa Fe<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante ello, el inmueble &nbsp;ubicado en la&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/search?client=safari&amp;rls=en&amp;q=Carretera+M%C3%A9xico-Toluca%2C+kil%C3%B3metro+17.5%2C+en+la+Alcald%C3%ADa+Cuajimalpa&amp;ie=UTF-8&amp;oe=UTF-8&amp;zx=1768076783783&amp;no_sw_cr=1&amp;sei=6bViaZrmH_bnkPIP8Yip8QI&amp;dlnr=1&amp;mstk=AUtExfBjP7zXmHVEp93hE3s9Kh428vVqmKTlZX1_alD8F2mh-1o5h6b9JlMEZTUfubVTwVjq1-xEof5_PwTA6uTtlSDu321vcrIAIMCYoisMKTL-VNltlXprmT0QNCLNExc6L9jTtcb_R0qUwSWnS6N17AGeKhuw7UZkv9P4LfAAr-c73zIvM2qDPQ_XE12nZq5J-gFxRlSeN3mJjSJllg6RoxXaC1DiayvW9CfUTeM5uvnsPiN6Va-kqO8ru20-wd0I8eDrTXzEa2WEPxqrnON-9S2JVg2g4JvJgoAVxOshXt6IxA&amp;csui=3&amp;ved=2ahUKEwjA0f6m54GSAxU3HEQIHfw7ASEQgK4QegQIARAB\">Carretera M\u00e9xico-Toluca, kil\u00f3metro 17.5, en la Alcald\u00eda Cuajimalpa<\/a>, en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, no se encuentra asegurado por la FGJCDMX y cualquier determinaci\u00f3n sobre su posesi\u00f3n o situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica corresponde exclusivamente a los procesos civiles en curso ante las instancias competentes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Gobierno de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico y la Fiscal\u00eda CDMX reiteran que la actuaci\u00f3n institucional ha tenido como prioridad absoluta la protecci\u00f3n de los seres sintientes, garantizando una intervenci\u00f3n coordinada, responsable y basada en criterios t\u00e9cnicos, y continuar\u00e1n trabajando de manera conjunta hasta el esclarecimiento total de los hechos y el deslinde de responsabilidades conforme a
