bonificaci\u00f3n del 38 por ciento<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Juan Ignacio Corro<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\">Ecatepec, Estado de M\u00e9xico, a 8 de enero de 2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Cabildo de Ecatepec vot\u00f3 a favor de la campa\u00f1a de bonificaciones en el pago de los derechos por los servicios de suministro de agua potable, drenaje, alcantarillado y recepci\u00f3n de los caudales de aguas residuales para su tratamiento, dirigida a los contribuyentes que realicen su pago anual de manera anticipada, a los contribuyentes cumplidos, a aquellos que reciben el servicio de agua de manera intermitente y a los que pertenecen a alg\u00fan grupo vulnerable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft size-medium\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"190\" src=\"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/WhatsApp-Image-2026-01-08-at-17.01.10-300x190.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-14665\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/WhatsApp-Image-2026-01-08-at-17.01.10-300x190.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/WhatsApp-Image-2026-01-08-at-17.01.10-768x487.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/WhatsApp-Image-2026-01-08-at-17.01.10.jpeg 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed, se otorgar\u00e1 una bonificaci\u00f3n equivalente al 8 por ciento, 6 por ciento y 4 por ciento sobre su importe total cuando se realice en una sola exhibici\u00f3n durante los meses de enero, febrero y marzo, respectivamente, del Ejercicio Fiscal 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Junto con un est\u00edmulo adicional por cumplimiento, consistente en una bonificaci\u00f3n del 4 por ciento en el mes de enero y del 2 por ciento en el mes de febrero del a\u00f1o 2026 a los contribuyentes que en los \u00faltimos dos a\u00f1os hayan cubierto sus obligaciones fiscales dentro de los plazos establecidos para ese efecto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y brindar para el Ejercicio Fiscal 2026 una bonificaci\u00f3n del 38 por ciento a favor de las personas de escasos recursos o condiciones de vulnerabilidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambien avalan bonificaciones en el impuesto predial<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las y los ediles aprobaron el Programa de Est\u00edmulos Fiscales para el ejercicio fiscal 2026 por concepto de impuesto predial, por lo que se autoriz\u00f3 una bonificaci\u00f3n por concepto de pronto pago del 8 por ciento durante el mes de enero, 6 por ciento para el mes de febrero y del 4 por ciento durante el mes de marzo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De igual manera se autoriz\u00f3 un est\u00edmulo por cumplimiento para los contribuyentes que en los dos \u00faltimos a\u00f1os hayan cubierto sus obligaciones fiscales dentro de los plazos establecidos para ese efecto, consistente en una bonificaci\u00f3n adicional del 8 por ciento durante el mes de enero, del 6 por ciento en el mes de febrero, y del 2 por ciento en el mes de marzo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para el ejercicio fiscal 2026 se otorgar\u00e1 a favor de personas pensionadas o jubiladas, personas en situaci\u00f3n de orfandad menores de 18 a\u00f1os, a trav\u00e9s de las personas que legalmente los representen, de acuerdo con los ordenamientos aplicables y seg\u00fan corresponda; personas en situaci\u00f3n de discapacidad, personas adultas mayores, personas viudas, madres o padres solteros sin ingresos fijos, y aquellas personas f\u00edsicas cuya percepci\u00f3n diaria no rebase dos salarios m\u00ednimos generales vigentes, as\u00ed como a aquellas personas liberadas con motivo de amnist\u00eda estatal, una bonificaci\u00f3n en el pago del impuesto predial del 34 por
