enero de 2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Cabildo de Atizap\u00e1n de Zaragoza aprob\u00f3, por unanimidad, una p\u00f3liza anual de seguro para los primeros 100 mil contribuyentes que cumplan con el pago del predial, cuya cobertura de da\u00f1os aplicar\u00e1 para casa habitaci\u00f3n, por un monto de hasta 60 mil pesos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft size-medium\"><img Sesi\u00f3n Extraordinaria de Cabildo, encabezada por el Presidente Municipal, Pedro Rodr\u00edguez Villegas, se autoriz\u00f3 dicho beneficio para los contribuyentes cumplidos que sufran da\u00f1os en sus viviendas por contingencias provocadas por incendio, rayo, explosi\u00f3n, riesgos hidrometeorol\u00f3gicos, asistencia m\u00e9dica, servicios funerarios y responsabilidad civil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La vigencia de la cobertura de la referida p\u00f3liza de seguro es desde las 0 horas del 1 de enero de 2026 a las 23:59 horas del 31 de diciembre del presente a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dicha iniciativa impulsada por el Alcalde Pedro Rodr\u00edguez, se ver\u00e1 reflejada en una Membres\u00eda Integral para Casa Habitaci\u00f3n y tiene como finalidad incentivar a los atizapenses a pagar el impuesto predial en tiempo y forma, lo que permitir\u00e1 potenciar la recaudaci\u00f3n municipal 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe se\u00f1alar que como parte de este acuerdo, se autoriz\u00f3 a la Tesorer\u00eda Municipal para realizar el cobro del costo simb\u00f3lico de un peso, que se ver\u00e1 desglosado en el comprobante de pago del impuesto predial, hasta
