{"id":14620,"date":"2026-01-07T19:02:57","date_gmt":"2026-01-08T01:02:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/home\/?p=14620"},"modified":"2026-01-07T19:02:59","modified_gmt":"2026-01-08T01:02:59","slug":"dos-policias-de-temoaya-acusados-de-matar-a-un-hombre-y-amenazar-de-muerte-a-un-testigo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/home\/dos-policias-de-temoaya-acusados-de-matar-a-un-hombre-y-amenazar-de-muerte-a-un-testigo\/","title":{"rendered":"Dos polic\u00edas de Temoaya, acusados de matar a un hombre y amenazar de muerte a un testigo\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Los investigados, al parecer habr\u00edan privado de la vida a un masculino<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Juan Ignacio Corro&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\">Temoaya, Estado de M\u00e9xico, a 7 de enero de 2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Berta \u201cN\u201d e Ismael Jair \u201cN\u201d, polic\u00edas municipales de Temoaya, son acusados por su presunta responsabilidad en el delito de homicidio calificado por haberse cometido con ventaja en agravio de un masculino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con la investigaci\u00f3n iniciada por la Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de M\u00e9xico (FGJEM), los hechos ocurrieron el pasado 17 de septiembre de 2025, cuando los hoy detenidos, quienes se desempe\u00f1aba como elementos de la polic\u00eda municipal de Temoaya, circulaban a bordo de un veh\u00edculo oficial, momento en el que interceptaron a la v\u00edctima y dos de sus acompa\u00f1antes en el kiosco de la colonia Solalpan, Primera Secci\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La v\u00edctima, al identificar a Ismael Jair \u201cN\u201d como su agresor, ya que previamente lo hab\u00eda golpeado y robado, huy\u00f3 del sitio, sin embargo, fue alcanzado metros adelante sobre la calle 30 de enero, y los servidores p\u00fablicos accionaron sus armas de cargo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A pesar de que la v\u00edctima se encontraba herida, los imputados descendieron de la unidad para golpearlo en la cabeza, robar sus pertenencias y coaccionarlo para que se ocultara en una milpa.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al retirarse, la oficial Berta \u201cN\u201d amenaz\u00f3 de muerte a un testigo de los hechos, quien intent\u00f3 brindar auxilio a la v\u00edctima, la cual falleci\u00f3 a consecuencia de un disparo por arma de fuego y ante la omisi\u00f3n de auxilio por parte de los servidores p\u00fablicos identificados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al tener conocimiento de los hechos, personal de la Instituci\u00f3n llev\u00f3 a cabo las indagatorias correspondientes que permitieron identificarlos y aprehenderlos al exterior de las instalaciones de la Direcci\u00f3n de Seguridad P\u00fablica Municipal, ubicada en el kil\u00f3metro 13.5 de la carretera Toluca-Temoaya, Ejido de Dolores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ambos investigados fueron ingresados al Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserci\u00f3n Social de \u201cSantiaguito\u201d, con residencia en Almoloya de Ju\u00e1rez, donde quedaron a disposici\u00f3n de la Autoridad Judicial, quien definir\u00e1 su situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Juan Ignacio Corro&nbsp; Temoaya, Estado de M\u00e9xico, a 7 de enero de 2026 Berta \u201cN\u201d e Ismael Jair \u201cN\u201d, polic\u00edas municipales de Temoaya, son acusados por su presunta responsabilidad en el delito de homicidio calificado por haberse cometido con ventaja en agravio de un masculino.
