{"id":14600,"date":"2026-01-07T16:09:43","date_gmt":"2026-01-07T22:09:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/home\/?p=14600"},"modified":"2026-01-07T16:09:44","modified_gmt":"2026-01-07T22:09:44","slug":"orden-de-aprehension-en-contra-de-dirigente-de-grupo-amos-por-el-delito-de-extorsion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agencia.252.com.mx\/home\/orden-de-aprehension-en-contra-de-dirigente-de-grupo-amos-por-el-delito-de-extorsion\/","title":{"rendered":"Orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en contra de dirigente de Grupo AMOS\u201d, por el delito de extorsi\u00f3n\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Junto con otro sujeto, habr\u00edan exigido a la v\u00edctima 500 mil pesos para devolverle un bien inmueble que se encuentra asegurado por esta Fiscal\u00eda en\u00a0<\/em>tanto se determina su leg\u00edtima propiedad.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Juan Ignacio Corro&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\">Naucalpan, Estado de M\u00e9xico, a 7 de enero de 2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de M\u00e9xico (FGJEM) cumpliment\u00f3 orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en contra de Sandra \u201cN\u201d, identificada como integrante de un grupo denominado \u201cAMOS\u201d, y quien es investigada por su probable intervenci\u00f3n en el delito de extorsi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los hechos ocurrieron el 21 de octubre del 2025, cuando la v\u00edctima caminaba por calles de la colonia Bosques de la Magdalena, ubicada en este municipio, momento en el que es abordada por Sandra \u201cN\u201d y otro sujeto identificado con el alias de \u201cEl Chacorta\u201d, quienes presuntamente son dirigentes de la organizaci\u00f3n \u201cAMOS\u201d, (Alianza Mexicana de Organizaciones Sociales) y que, de acuerdo a informaci\u00f3n de esta Fiscal\u00eda, se encuentra relacionada con delitos de despojo, contra la propiedad en sus diversas modalidades, as\u00ed como extorsi\u00f3n en el municipio de La Paz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sandra \u201cN\u201d y el otro sujeto identificado con el alias de \u201cEl Chacorta\u201d, amenazaron a la v\u00edctima con un arma de fuego, mientras le exigieron el pago de 500 mil pesos a cambio de devolverle un inmueble ubicado en esta demarcaci\u00f3n, mismo que actualmente se encuentra asegurado por esta Fiscal\u00eda en tanto se determina su leg\u00edtima propiedad.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ambos individuos habr\u00edan amenazado a la v\u00edctima con hacerle da\u00f1o a ella o a su familia en caso de no entregar dicho numerario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al tener conocimiento de estos hechos, el Agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico inici\u00f3 la investigaci\u00f3n que permiti\u00f3 identificar a Sandra \u201cN\u201d como posible part\u00edcipe de este il\u00edcito, por lo que solicit\u00f3 y obtuvo de una Autoridad Judicial, la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n correspondiente.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Juan Ignacio Corro&nbsp; Naucalpan, Estado de M\u00e9xico, a 7 de enero de 2026 La Fiscal\u00eda General de Justicia del Estado de M\u00e9xico (FGJEM) cumpliment\u00f3 orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en contra de Sandra \u201cN\u201d, identificada como integrante de un grupo denominado \u201cAMOS\u201d, y quien es investigada por su probable intervenci\u00f3n en el delito de extorsi\u00f3n.
